Pros: The room was very comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was good. Staff was also very pleasant and great view from our room.
Cons: I didn't like that it didn't have a pool.
Mediocre3.4
Pros: Downtown and near restaurants. On a fairly upgraded and police monitored street
Cons: Dirty, small, very schetchy parking area
Okay4.2
Cons: the staff was very rude, and didn't believe me when I explained that someone was staying in my room after I checked in. I had to wait for a while until they could get another room ready for my fiancee and I. There was also a lot of illegal activity going on with people asking for and selling drugs out front and what seemed to be prostitutes using this facilitate. If you have kids diffidently avoid this place at all coasts.
Good7.1
Pros: Bed and pillows.
Cons: Elevator. Laundry room.
Okay4.5
Cons: Paid for a king bed and they only had a queen. Not impressed. Also the room wasn't ready when we went to check in at 330 pm.
Good6.0
Cons: Lots of construction next door which provided lots of loud noise. Very hard to sleep and relax.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Wolstein arena. I was a bit nervous seeing several bad reviews but our room was great. Lots of options for breakfast in the morning.
Cons: My only real complaint is that the bathroom was very small and our room got reall warm overnight. We had the ac on even though it was roughly 40 degrees outside.

Pros: the cleaning crew didn't take my things. That's always a plus. However the food at the restaurant was not bad at all. and the drink specials were great. You don't have to stay at the hotel to take advantage of the slightly above average food and drink.
Cons: I will start off by saying I think Kayak should remove this hotel as an option from their customers. I booked and paid for three nights, however I slept there the first night. I crashed with a friend the remainder of my stay. Walking up to the hotel, by looking at the windows, I thought the building was abandoned until I saw cars in the parking lot. there was dried blood on the sheets (washed and dried into the sheets) when I checked in. They didn't change my sheets after the first night, but simply made the bed. whenever the room adjacent to me used the sink, I would hear this reverberating sound that resembled a jack hammer crushing concrete. When I say whenever, I mean EVERY TIME they used their sink. Between the severely stained carpet (which by the feel of it you can tell the dirt was permanently caked and embedded in the fabric) and the smell of the hallway and the hotel room (I don't know how they managed to produce two separate but equally deplorable scents), I honestly felt like I had to take a shower after staying there in order to feel clean. The only reason why I did not complaints the hotel staff/management is because it is apparent that this is a permanent characteristic and not an isolated incident or unique circumstance. This is the way in which this hotel presents itself. Additionally I was there for a conference, which took my focus and actually took my attention and feeling of complete disgust away from the hotels conditions. In my opinion, because of its proximity to Cleveland State Iniversity, I feel they take advantage of customers quality of life standards by luring them with cheap prices.
Okay5.1
Pros: I really liked that they had free parking and a fairy good breakfast.
Cons: The building is very old and not so much clean. Also the air conditioner wasn't working really well in my room. I didn't like that they haven't had checked the room they were going to give to me because it was not cleaned and I had to change it with a room that was a bit worse furniture wise.
Mediocre2.0
Cons: No outlets in the rooms, dirty sheets Filthy dirty and outdated with a staff that doesn't communicate and is very unprofessional. However, the bar/restaurant that is connected to the hotel is awesome and the staff there was very friendly and accommodating.
Good6.8
Pros: The staff was spectacular and the beds were super comfortable.
Cons: There was hair matted in the hair dryer and the lights next to the bed did not work. There was something spilled down the from of the cabinets.
Mediocre2.2
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Had to carry the iron and ironing board up to my room w no assistance. Lazy staff!
Okay4.5
Cons: Shower did not work, hotel did not smell good
Mediocre2.6
Cons: This hotel is in a run down looking part of town and doesn't feel very safe. It's physical presence fits in with the other run down buildings there. There were broken windows on the hotel as we pulled up. The first key we got was to a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back down and get another key. The room smelled horrible. The towels and pillows weren't exactly clean. Under the beds had not been cleaned either as there were crumbs and dust under them.
