Cons: The bed was not comfortable...Not enough pillows, and the air in the room wouldn't get cool enough...The view from our window was a scenic view of the roof.

Cons: The hotel is old and needs updating. Not very clean and definitely not worth the money.

Cons: Hotel is sorley in need of updating. Pool and exercise facilities are totally lacking. Guest bathroom is out dated. The shelf in my closet was broken and hanging on my one screw.

Cons: Uncomfortable and small pillows made it a very bad night sleep. Bed wasn’t great either. Surprisingly expensive parking - $27 is just ridiculous when the hotel was already costly enough. I didn’t think the price of the hotel matched up to what it provided. Much better and nicer hotels are available in downtown for the same price or less, especially when you include the parking

Cons: Didn't like having only valet parking option.

Cons: We did not have a suite, but rather a standard room. There is no housekeeping option--none--during your stay. Small annoyances such as towel bars loose, noisy toilet, etc detract from the experience.

Cons: Mediocre to poor: room size, comfort (the matresses and pillows were very uncomfortable), shuttle service wasn't running (though the van was parked at the entrance) and we were offered nothing as compensation for having to use Uber where a free shuttle should have been available.

Cons: Room temperature was too warm. Thermostat seemed to not work.

Cons: Too high of a charge for gratuity for just My Husband and I. The room itself was small and pretty basic for the price.

Cons: Facilities were somewhat dated rooms were average and the food at breakfast was only fair service at the dining room. Based on my experiences in the area and will not return to this hotel.

Cons: Front desk was very short-“here’s your room key, you can use either elevator.” Signs everywhere for covid cleaning, everything closed off for distancing, yet room was still filthy. Will never stay at this hotel again, there’s no excuse for that lack of care.

Cons: Slightly dated, they allow dogs and we happened to be 2 doors down from one that barked every time someone walked in the hallway, also they seem to have a lot of large groups that stay in the hotel. On one evening our hallway was filled with about 40 tweens from around 8pm until 1am. It wasn't until around 11pm management decided to step in which they made several trips but wasn't until around 1am it completely stopped and in the morning the kids rans through the hallways switching the do not disturb signs around to other doors and we watched them go outside in the parking lot to play frisby letting the disk hit the guests cars, no one said a word. Staying 3 nights housekeeping never once stepped foot in our room and we had to stop them each day for fresh towels. At check in we took a king room with a sofa bed but if I had to do it again I definitely wouldn't sugest using the sofa for a bed. It was terribly uncomfortable and felt like all springs plus there were no fresh linens, only the bag we found shoved in a closet that we later found mouse poop on. We let management know but they claim even though we paid full price for the rooms since we booked on kayak there was nothing they could do & offered us a free breakfast.

Cons: No hot water or it took forever to get hot.

Cons: There were a few errands of hair (presumably from the maid) in the bathroom. The hotel felt a bit old and run down throughout the hallways and elevator (the rooms seemed updated though), poor selection for breakfast.

Cons: Called for more bath towels and never delivered to room. Called 10min prior to pickup car from valet and still had to wait 10min for car to be brought to front door.

Cons: The bed was worn out and lumpy. The position of the toilet bowl in relation to the shower is terrible. It is impossible to sit straight and take care of business- for such a nice hotel someone should be in big "DO DO" over this.

Cons: Rooms are small. Quality of food and food options are low

Cons: There was hair trimmings on the sink and the shelves were dusty. The bedsheets felt like plastics and there was trash in the corners

Cons: Make sure you request non-smoking or you will gag all night!! There was also no heat and one thin blanket. I froze! Would've been more comfortable sleeping in my car
