Cons: construction in lobby windows leaking bathroom smell

Cons: Slipped a little on wet bathroom floor, grabbed for towel rack and the bar came off in my hand. Someone else had done the same slipping motion, pulled the towel rack off the wall and the Hotel Staff never fixed the towel rack, Housekeeping just keeps putting clean towels on the loose bar and its an accident waiting to happen, Could you imagine dropping that bar on your foot... Three out of four light bulbs in the room were burnt out, woman at front desk with long curly hair is not trying in any way to earn any customer service points. The rest of the Hotel Staff was excellent. Really slept well regardless of the pillows from hell. Oh and the towels are old and worn. And my sheets were torn and it looked like someone steam ironed a candy wrapper to fix the hole.

Cons: I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Cons: HVAC either was on full or had to turn off, not responsive to adjustments on the control.

Cons: Buen servicio al cliente en el front desk, el primer día no tuve la información completa de todos los servicios y actividades que ofrece el hotel pero todo muy bien, lo único que no nos gusto es que te cobran el estacionamiento del carro estando hospedado en el hotel mad 10$ para el ballet cada vez que saques el carro (más propina) , 55$ diario y no se hacen responsable por pérdidas o daños, el resto del servicio genial

Cons: I'm not sure what happened with my room this time, but the pillows were completely awful. I was in a room with 2 double beds and all of them were no good. Later in the week when I moved rooms to a king, they were much better which improved the overall quality of the comfort.

Cons: The front desk girls attitude and the hair from previous guest all over the bed it was disgusting we called for them to clean up the guy who came up real nice but no further apology nothing and our bed was full of it everywhere made me think dis they even clean anything else ruined the experience

Cons: In a “safe” area of Guadalajara but rather isolated in the sense that you almost need a taxi or your own vehicle to get around for any needs.

Cons: Rooms were completely outdated especially the bathrooms. The pictures on the website are really misleading

Cons: Outisde noise. Cleanliness. No WiFi. Staff. Check-in process took too long and couldn’t find our reservation. Roaches in our room. Towels were what we would expect from a cheap motel. Seems like something is always broken or not working here lately.
