Cons: Check-in took a lot. Baggage was not delivered to my room, so I had to went down stairs and pick it up. Wifi was very slow and unstable.

Cons: (1) given the handicapped room. The basin was too low for washing (2) The second day after the room cleaning of room 765, 2 women’s underwear were found (3) room 755 had bloodstain on the beige bed underskirt. (4) only one elevator worked as the other one under maintenance- major waits and inconvenience as had to wait a couple of trips due to it being full (5) cockroach in the elevator near the pool (6) the green clean room special only offered $50 hkd on the buffet... nothing else.

Cons: Not much. It's large but has the amenities available to a hotel such as concierge (he was terrific) and laundry service.

Cons: Breakfast was too simple.....nothing to eat. In addition, staffs are not very friendly....one staff at concierge was even unkind.....

Cons: Room was extremly small. Never thought there was such a thing as a TWIN bed hotel room, didn't read detail... I thought the cheapest room at a 4 star hotel will have at a minimum a full size bed.... Reminiscent of my college dorm days... Hallways reminded me of my a scary movie... Very dark, narrow and turns.... Like something bad is bound to happen around the corner..

Cons: TV not working well and no closed caption.

Cons: Waited a really really long time for a room. Promised us a room then we waited and waited after a long flight. Said they'd come to us randomly in 3 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!

Cons: We checked in and there was hammering and drilling in the room adjacent to ours. I called the front desk and they told me there was no construction happening. I held up the receiver and they heard it. I was later told it would stop by 6p, but that did not help us because we were exhausted and wanted to rest earlier in the afternoon.

Cons: The pool wasn’t open ( under renovation) which was a bit of a bummer.

Cons: Dated facilities such as bathroom fixtures. Hotel exterior is being worked on, so all the windows are blocked. There is absolutely no view. If I had known there will be no view, I would have went with 2 other Marco Polo sister hotels on the same street for less money.
