Cons: Bed felt too soft. Would prefer it to be firmer.

Cons: Nothing much really. Some of the wardrobe door handles had wear and tear, but very minor compared to the spotless room otherwise. We overflowed the coffee machine, spilling everything into the snack drawers and carpet - so instructions on how to operate it would have been helpful.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower. Not so great.

Cons: The room smelled like a cigar. It should have been sanitized to get the smell out.

Cons: The Hotel management need to check the suites carpets. The suite we where In had stained and had a bad odor,... we were changed to a different suite but still the new suite had carpet stain but no odor

Cons: Halls and common areas were over fragranced. Housekeeping staff were meticulous however kept partially use glasses thinking we were going to reuse them. For example I would have a glass of wine However was unable to finish the left 25% of the glass house keeping with think that I would keep the glass and drink it the next day. This was a little frustrating the dessert was the same way. The halls are very fragranced

Cons: location, a little removed from everythig

Cons: We dined in the top floor restaurant Above and Beyond and had the Peking Duck set menu with a wine pairing. Here, unfortunately, the highly attentive service became intrusive and absurd. For example, someone comes every minute to check on your table and rather than a casual glance this check includes a careful study. The servers would often jump in to do something unnecessary and pointless such as turning the water bottle so that the label faces you or randomly realigning items on the table in a fussy manner. And if you had the temerity to top off your own water glass, someone would jump in and grab the bottle form your hand. Aside form the overbearing service, the meal was only okay. The duck was tasty, but most of the other flavors were no more than ordinary. And the wine pairings were similarly undistinguished. Considering that the meal (at HKD 2000) was by far the most expensive one we had in 4 days in Hong Kong, it was a very poor value for money. I recommend going elsewhere despite the high rating this place receives on Trip Advisor.

Cons: Breakfast was too simple.....nothing to eat. In addition, staffs are not very friendly....one staff at concierge was even unkind.....

Cons: Not much. It's large but has the amenities available to a hotel such as concierge (he was terrific) and laundry service.

Cons: (1) given the handicapped room. The basin was too low for washing (2) The second day after the room cleaning of room 765, 2 women’s underwear were found (3) room 755 had bloodstain on the beige bed underskirt. (4) only one elevator worked as the other one under maintenance- major waits and inconvenience as had to wait a couple of trips due to it being full (5) cockroach in the elevator near the pool (6) the green clean room special only offered $50 hkd on the buffet... nothing else.

Cons: Everytime I stay here I come away with a bad cough. I have a feeling there is a lot of mold in the air conditioning and it is causing this. No matter what room I’ve stayed in, I end up with a cough after staying here.

Cons: The restaurant was like a cattle market with no one queuing and little organisation (more the fault of the people than the hotel) Also the price per night was extortionate.

Cons: Waited a really really long time for a room. Promised us a room then we waited and waited after a long flight. Said they'd come to us randomly in 3 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!

Cons: Somewhat inconvenient location (away from public transport, temporarily-cordoned-off locations due to close proximity to HKSAR Government Complex, requirement to walk to a different location in order to board ride-share vehicles.) Water faucets for both shower and bathroom sink had temperature-control issues. For example, when the temperature control knob is set to the center, it can become scorching-hot for several seconds before it drops to the intended temperature and then further dropping to a cold temperature before repeating the cycle around a half-minute later.
