Pros:The bed was huge and fluffy and comfortable
Cons:Several phone calls to the front desk were unanswered forcing me to go downstairs to speak to staff in person A used bar of soap was in the bathtub. The shower temperature was difficult to control Directions to get the shuttle from the airport need to be more clear and a method to reach the hotel over WiFi should be provided (eg Whatsapp) Provide towel racks in the bathroom so my towel can dry and I can resuse it. I was not provided with all the details I needed to access the WiFi.
Pros:The Sheraton North Houston was a last minute stay for me and due to my crazy schedule I booked the wrong dates, but the staff were extremely generous and helped me change the dates without any charges to my non-refundable booking. I was hugely thankful.
Cons:The facilities were very nice, but the room didn't have complementary water and the amenities usually found in a hotel room that nice were very limited. I was a bit discouraged because as a traveler, I often depend on these amenities to carry me through short stays.
Pros:Excellent service, room decor, cleanliness, exercise room, comfort, value (weekend rates) and convenience to IAH. 4 star + hotel.

Pros:I liked the overall decor of the hotel. I didn't have to wait that long to check in even with a long line. It was very close to the airport. We stayed both before and after our vacation to Mexico. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I love that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Also a plus was that we could keep our car parked at the hotel for up to 2 weeks for FREE!!! My cousin paid for an airport shuttle and the hotel refunded her the money she paid as shuttle service was free to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons:Both times we booked a room, they put us on the 4th floor and both times, the ice machine was out, so I had to keep going to the 3rd floor to get ice. That was really the only negative.

Pros:The value for the room on a Monday late evening was great. Everyone was friendly, the place was quite & clean, the beds were comfy & the room and bathroom were clean, coffee in the room was Starbucks, the cafe for breakfast was good. I left a personal item and the staff was able to locate it. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much for taking the time to locate it and keep it safe. Also, a plus its so convenient to the airport and FREE parking. Oh, and cant't forget the pool area looked clean as well.
Cons:If I was staying more than just overnight I would have wanted a room that didn't smell like smoke. I did notice smoke free signs in the hallway, but I know some do not always abide by the rules. The smell was tolerable for a night stay, but anything more, I would have asked for a new room.
Cons:I arrived late and my reservation was made on the wrong date.. due to the travel site or the hotel... but the staff on the front desk refused to accomodate me even though you guys had probably 50 empty rooms. I understand that it might not have been your fault.. but you rather have an empty room than a customer. WELL THIS CUSTOMER RUNS A COMPANY WITH 2650 ENPLOYEES. WE BOOK AN AVERAGE OF 110O HOTEL ROOMS A YEAR AND YOU JUST LOST ALL OUR BUSINESS. When you are just in business to make a quick buck.. you will lose your quality customers. Im taking my and all my companys business elsewhere. Regards, Somak

Cons:One shuttle driver was a bit apprehensive and with the rates paid for rooms breakfast should be included in my opinion.
Pros:I stay at this property every time I'm in Houston. The staff is great. The rooms are always clean and updated. The restaurant is open late, has a great bar and food.
