Cons: There is NO Airport shuttle. We filtered hotel search results based on airport shuttles since we were arriving after midnight; no such amenity is offered and it was about $30 for a taxi. We could have paid less and been closer to Patong which is where we spent most of our time, taxi-ing back and forth. The home image of the pool next to the beach is also misleading. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. Other comparably priced hotels on Phuket island have their own beaches, so be careful when you book. This hotel is not centrally located for nightlife or shopping or restaurants. It's about an $8-10 taxi to Patong. Had the listing not been so misleading we would have stayed elsewhere. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable, just know that there is some dishonesty in the posting and ask questions before you book. We felt duped.

Pros: The hotel and staff were great! very clean and unkept resort. They provided 2 free bottles of water daily. Great views and location for proximity to shops and ocean. Taxi service to and from airport. If we were staying in karon beach again we would definitely stay here again.
Cons: down side is the amount of stairs however there are elevators for use to upper rooms. Make sure you include breakfast in you initial booking or they charge 321B a person each morning and they won't let you upgrade either once you check in.

Pros: It was located on a quieter part of the street but was within walking distance to everything you needed: beach, restaurant, shopping, etc. the pools were relaxing, The view was amazing, and the free breakfast was a great buffet with plenty of choices for all types of people. The taxi back to the airport was expensive, but on your own it was even more so at least they had the deal for you.
Cons: There could have been more chairs by the pools because it was hit or miss if you were going to get a chair to lay or sit in.

Pros: The grounds were maintained in excellent condition. You really felt like you were in paradise. Pools were clean and comfortable. Not crowded sitting by the pool, and good drink service. Cute souvenir shops. Good check-in experience for a large group thanks to the separate Hilton Honors desk.
Cons: Very dated looking building. Room amenities were a bit lacking (e.g. the rest of Thailand seems to have bidet toilets, but not here). Restaurants for dinner were nice, with good food, but quite overpriced. Hilton was very disappointing for booking an airport transfer. I received information by email only the day before my arrival. I had requested the transfer booking over a month earlier. The email stated the booking office for airport transfers closed in 10 minutes! Not very useful when travelling... A follow up email the morning of arrival indicated it was too late to book a transfer "according to their policy", even though booking a return airport transfer took 5 minutes the day of, with no advanced notice required.

Pros: Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff - especially those who spoke English well.
Cons: Bed wasn't as comfortable as I had wanted. Some staff seemed unfriendly - but I believe it was because of their lack of English. Most staff were excellent.

Pros: I really appreciated the range of dining options and activities. Great location as it is right on Karon Beach, which is a quieter beach than Patong Beach. The hotel offered a free shuttlebus service to Patong Beach. Great fitness facilities and the spa looked nice as well, even though I did not go there. I would definitely stay at this hotel and bring my whole family next time!!
Cons: I would have appreciated being able to check in early. I had to wait for 2 hours prior to check in time at 2pm. Other than that, no complaints!

Cons: Weird excuse for a king sized bed. Two smaller beds pushed together and covered by a sheet that didn't fit. Beds would often drift apart. Had to sleep horizontally to be comfortable.

Pros: Peaceful environment
Cons: We were informed that our room won't be cleaned till we stay ( exactly our booked days) because of no staff which we don't know how far true. However , we could see staffs cleaning other rooms while we going out for sight seeing next morning. Only our bathroom towels have been changed , that too it wasn't changed on last day glad we had towels with us. Besides, we felt Resort incharge/owner not that friendly, apparently giving importance while we enquiring anything if any other country foreigners comes by. It was kind of really humiliating us because of where we belong or color. Blame it or not that's bitter truth we felt. Other than that this resort located little away from karon beach. So we just had planned go in late night and crash there and again go for outing in daytime. Might be good place all other countries definitely I won't suggest for my country people to stay here and experience the same.
