Cons: The pool is open late, this may be a positive for some. We turn in early with our five-year-old and so it was a little noisy. Only an issue since our room literally backed up onto the pool, which was great during the day since we just had to step out of our room practically onto the pool deck but at night there were some teenagers that were noisy until the pool closed. Even then it was not so bad that I might not choose the same room because of it's proximity to the pool and the playground.

Cons: The only thing I wish we would have had is a stove.

Cons: The sister hotel was far. The rooms are nice, but the refrigerator was broke, the hair dryer broke, the door slammed shut, and the shower handle moves while showering.

Cons: Check-in staff woman did not tell us that the beds are not made and the towels are not replaced or the trash emptied unless you stay for 2 weeks! We stayed 2 nights. If we had known we could have dealt with that. Also when she gave us room key cards, she said "don't demagnetize them, don't put with cell phones". So we went directly to our room, carefully carrying both cards. Neither one worked. So, we went back to office. She said, "Oh, you demagnetized them". No, we did not! Also when needing boarding passes printed she waved us over to some computers, which required a password. I asked her what the password was, she said "No, not those computers, those other ones (on the other side of the room)". She made us feel wrong and stupid whenever possible. There were also no hair dryers. When we called at 7:30 am she said" You need to look in the cabinets". We searched everywhere. When we called back she said one would be brought over. At 8:15 we called again. She said, "Oh, the housekeeping doesn't come in until 8, I already put in an order. (scolding us)" We left the room at 8:30, wet hair and no hair dryer. The furniture is very old and worn, stained cushions on chairs. General run-down, gloomy appearance. I suppose if you are there with a family there seem to be a lot of activities available, but we were a couple just there for a room.

Cons: The decor in the units seemed a bit dated but everything was clean so hard to complain.

Cons: Pool was nice but other amenities were average. Cafe and trail were closed. Seemed like they were remodeling but we were never given an explanation.

Cons: A full restaurant would be a plus ,but clearly not Necessary due to the fact fully equipped kitchen .

Cons: The front desk clerk at check in was friendly but not very effective at his job. Check in took 30 minutes! I had 2 reservations and the 2nd room was for my brother and his family. He didn't check my ID, or my sister-in-law's ID when he took our credit cards. Later, my mother approached the same clerk, never having met him before, and asked for a spare key, which he gave her without asking for ID and despite her name not having been added to the room. The first night of our stay my car was broken into and things were taken from my car. I called the front desk, and the young lady was not even sympathetic and told me to call the police myself. Later, I called the front desk make them aware of the police report and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not available, which was fine with me. I was aware the hotel was not liable, even for their lack of cameras in parking area . They sent over a security guard, who arrived on the defense. He said he was the only guard on duty for the whole property but there was no way a break in could happen. The guests across from us also filed a police report for their vehicle being broken into also, I told him. He insisted it was not true and since my window hadn't been broken, there was no way someone accessed it. He kept saying we were lying. He got very loud and offensive at that point, in front of our children, and I asked him to leave. He kept yelling and getting closer to my brother, insinuating he was going to get physical with him for insisting we were telling the truth about the break in. The guard repeatedly said "there are no cameras and this is between us." We felt threatened, until my brother finally asked him to leave and he did. The next morning, the front desk staff was rude, as if we were trouble makers. Nobody ever apologized, which is all we were after all along.

Cons: Parking cost and “resort fee” was insane especially because we didn’t use the pool, water park, dry cleaning, or much of anything. You should be able to opt in to the additional amenities. Parking wa lbs outrageous - what is worse is that my dad came to visit for 3 hours. Parking cost $26. Really. So now we have paid $125 for parking in 4 days. That was the cost of my rental car and parking in EUROPE for 5 days. Hotel was mediocre in general. Main areas are nice but it ends there. Beds were STIFF. Decor was dated.

Cons: Alcoholic beverage preparation not so good at pool area!!!

Cons: Steakhouse inside was very over priced. Thought it would be more of a family like hotel, but is definitely intended for business.

Cons: A lot of restaurants and bars in the actual hotel were closed. I understand it’s probably due to the lack of visitors staying at the property, however, it is a little inconvenient for the people who ARE there. Not a huge deal but, it was something we noticed.

Cons: Extremely overpriced. Resort fees are $20 per day and self parking is $18.00 per day. Resturants are also overpriced. Presentation is beautiful but quality is poor. The $168.00 meal for two at Old Hickory Steakhouse was by far the worst cut of meat we have ever eaten. The side of mushrooms were cold and a hard texture. The wine was the only plus.

Cons: Dirty juzzci... hair all over

Cons: Our room was connected to another and I could hear everything the family in the next room was saying or doing. My bed was a little hard

Cons: The windows barely closed and locked, and being on the first floor facing the back of the woods is kinda creepy. The bed and other furniture wasn't comfortable at all and there was no comforter on the bed. Our room keys "expired on Sunday and we weren't leaving till Thursday, and we came back to our room late at night and very tired. Not sure why the key they gave as in return didn't expire for another 8 days?! Oh and the room we had was connected to another next to us, so their bathroom was next to our living room and their bedroom in our kitchen. Awkward exchanges of words is what happened all week. Disappointed but content.

Cons: Major issues: - The mattress was extremely painful. It caused spine issues that sidelined the entire trip. I went so far as to purchase $100+ worth of bed toppers and memory foam to attempt to resolve the issue. - The curtains are missing the lining layer (that helps keep out light); this makes the bedroom bright at all hours since there are very bright lamps directly outside the room, on during all evening hours. - There is no air circulation and very poor air quality in the entire unit. We woke up gasping for air nightly and had continued breathing issues throughout the entire stay. Lesser issues: - The rooms and onsite amenities (pools, front desk, parking) are extremely spread out over multiple blocks. There is a good chance - like me - you will end up lugging your suitcases in the dark three blocks after checking in, while trying to find your room. Same issue pops up if you need to park or direct anyone to your room. - The front door was damaged and does not always lock - The washing machine is tiny, loud and not usable (all appliances are similar but washer/dryer are most noticeable) - The shower has very poor water pressure - Neither TV connects to any cable or local channels - WiFi is extremely slow and intermittent - The front desk told me no parking passes were available when I checked in at 10pm. Someone else from the front desk started calling the room repeatedly from 7am, on, the next morning to tell me to go get a parking pass and that someone should have provided one the night prior. - There is no daily housekeeping despite what their brochure and website say. You can call for special housekeeping before checkout but there will be a charge. Also no one collects trash and there is no obvious dumpster area outside. - Check out time is 10am and latest check out available is 11am regardless of how many guests are booked. - They take a $100 security deposit (only by card) that is not released for 7+ days. - Front desk staff only offered me a $15 (resort fee) credit after disclosing all of the above issues. Nothing has been refunded or reimbursed.

Cons: The lights in the room didn't work. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in and the grounds were HORRIBLE to navigate. My room was across the street and through a section of buildings poorly labeled. The suit numbers were not easy to figure out and even being at the right building it was hard to find. I had booked my room the same day and time as a co worker and for the same price they received a condo pretty much, full kitchen, washer/dryer and I stayed in what looked like a broken down closet.

Cons: Noise level, thin walls, cleanliness

Cons: They have a list of activity for kid family, waiter for them to start but they never did , that's the only thing that was wrong.

Cons: Mold in the room. Place was under construction. Room was located far away from main building.

Cons: Bed was hard, had a musky odor that would not go away (even after spraying febreeze) ...small facilities not much to offer...room did not get cleaned and when called for towels did not receive any.

Cons: The walls of the mini-suite were very thin so I could hear everything going on in the next room (TV, conversations) until late in the night. The heater only blew cold air, the room, even in the middle of the day, never got above 64 degrees and went as low as 56 in night making it difficult to sleep. There was also very limited parking, coming back from Disney on Saturday night I was unable to park anywhere near our room.

Cons: Overall very dirty, cheap quality everything! I would strongly suggest you avoid this hotel

Cons: I arrived late and had to walk a little to get to my hotel room in a scary location. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was not told upon checking in that I would be placed in a smoking room. The room was so smoky that even the pillows smelled. I woke up having breathing problems and puffy eyes. I wouldn't stay here again.

Cons: Parking lot is a bit broken up in areas. The breakfast room could have a little more variety.

Cons: The breakfast and breakfast room provided were a bit unpleasant- just oranges and prepackaged bagels in a hot and messy room- but I also didn't expect any breakfast, so that was ok. Area's a little sketchy but the motel itself felt safe.

Cons: When checking in I was charged an additional fee.

Cons: The rooms were dated, which I expected for the price. We thought the envelope asking for a tip was tacky even though we did leave a tip anyway.

Cons: Only 1 towel in the bathroom not much bigger than a hand towel. Shower fixture and sink fixture both needed to be repaired

Cons: I didnt like that my room had a broken ac upon entering. Bathroom in serious need of update. Burn marks on bathtub. Loose toilet seat. Mismatched and very old furniture. Found a live beetle on carpet. Carpet is filthy. Entrance door does not close or open properly. One of the hinges on door loose.Huge patchwork on ceiling. Cracks in ceiling. Parking lot is in horrible condition. I was almost afraid to leave my car outside. The entire parking lot is falling appart, pot holes. You dont expect much from a hotel that looks so bad from the outside. Breakfeast was sad. Mini bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, dry cereal, oatmeal packets, oranges, coffee, tea and juice. Those are all the items for breakfeast. I dont understand how people have given good reviews on this place. They must have very low standards. I wasnt expecting much based on the price but i chose it because it received good reviews. Now i know that reviews cant be trusted. Its hard to find good hotels, you cant always go by price and you cant trust reviews. Stay at this hotel only if you dont care were you sleep Or maybe for just one night as I did.

Cons: Bathroom broken couldn't flush they came 3 days in a roll ac in two room on off all the time replace the ac 2x in a week

Cons: The bathroom shower was clogged. When I arrived the TV was on. I turned it off and it would not turn up again. I told this to the manta the check out and he did not say anything.

Cons: poorly maintained, phone did not work with international phone card. Staff tried to be helpful but not very knowledgeable .

Cons: Booked our trip the last week of July for a stay the 1st week of August. I was just looking for a cheaper, clean hotel with breakfast to try and save a little on expenses. When I checked in there was a sign that said no breakfast as of July 31st. No warning or email and no heads up to give me time to change my reservation. I asked if there would be any type of reimbursement and the staff told me to write my frustrations online. I felt swindled as the breakfast was the reason I booked here in the first place. Not only did I have to added expense of buying breakfast for 5 people for 4 days, but I also lost out on vacation time because I had to make a run to Walgreen to buy overpriced breakfast items, which I could have packed had I at the very least received an email when their policy changed.

Cons: Wifi didn't work well in our location (building 6, 2nd floor, facing parking lot)

Cons: Bugs. Smells terrible. Sketchy people. Not enough parking. I think I've seen this place on "COPS"

Cons: Needed a ground floor for bad knee. Was told none available but passed several empty floor units and had to climb stairs in pain.

Cons: Longer bus rides to the park throughout the day

Cons: Problem with safebox. Coffee maker did not work. Sink clogged. Internet did not work with password provided. Bathroom extremely small.

Cons: The room! I received what I requested but the carpet was really stained, the roll of toilet tissue was stained, the beds were worn out, and there were little tiny bugs (not many, but visible, nonetheless) all around the furniture, especially in the bathroom. The buffet! The pancakes and french toast didn't taste authentic and the fruit wasn't sweet. This is my second time staying here and they raised the room prices by $10. I don't mind paying extra if the cost complimented my expectations.

Cons: Tell hidden fees in advance, bathroom light work and fix elevator for 8 story building. Near Disney but horrible property.

Cons: Paid for Jr. Suite, received a regular room..

Cons: I was given a handicap room because without me asking or needing one.

Cons: The facilities need a little TLC. The halls are dim and there were not enough parking spots.
