Cons: mostly the moist, moldy smell in the air. but the hotel is also a bit eerie and weird. seems like a 1970s drug inspired design. It is in bad need of renovation.

Cons: Our A/C unit did not continuously cool. We called to get it serviced and it never got fixed. Staff was not entirely friendly at check-in. Found 3 roaches on our two night stay- that was mildly unpleasant.

Cons: I felt like the whole staff were young kids with no experience in customer satisfaction. While i was there for a wedding they lost several peoples luggage. Literally 2 hrs before the wedding started people didn't have their dresses or suits. The bridesmaid left her diamond necklace with in 20 minutes of check out she went back to get it, it was GONE! She begged the front desk to figure out who cleaned the room to get it back, she did get it back. I was woken up several times from people walking around on the floor above me and outside my hotel room. My husband slipped in the shower (which the set up is retarded) hurt his back, there is no traction and the tub is very slippery. Was not worth the money at all!!!! However, I do have to say the outside of the hotel is very beautiful but starting to look run down and not properly managed.

Cons: The only negatives were that the hot tub in my room wasn't working property and we had to call maintenance to fix it, which was done in 5 minutes. The TV wasn't working either but maintenance took care of that in 5 minutes also. Neither of these are a big deal but its annoying when things don't work.

Cons: The cell phone service was pretty awful. Other than that, nothing!

Cons: It was a roach in the room, the room is too dark, the elevator are too slow, i think that we can find better hotel

Cons: I wouldn't want to pay the hotel's price of nearly $300 per night There was construction across the way during the days which was not conducive for midday napping! There was only 1 shade umbrella at the pool - all other shaded areas required rental fee. The valet was slow and a bit rude and may have dented car - but the front desk was VERY interested in resolving issue without hesitation so this may not be a norm. (not worth $$ though, just self-park)

Cons: We booked to get some A/C after Hurricane Irma. When we arrived they would not honor the rate we had already paid online and tried to charge us an extra $65 per night. They wouldn't budge. Do not pay these Criminals, they should be out of business.

Cons: They could not find my reservation. Check-in took over 25mns.

Cons: The hotel needs major renovations; phone lines, lights, and wall structure are in need of repair.

Cons: Room was very dirty, had to use shoes all the time, otherwise feet would get dirty immediately. Shower tub dirty also, and shower faucet about 1/2 inches away from the wall, which , I believe , from some previous repair that had to be done regards to plumbing, and was poorly fixed. showing a hole in between. Mildew thru out the bathtub surroundings, which proves that no proper cleaning was been done. Not for one day that we were there did the cleaning staff leave enough towels for the 4 quests. We had always to walk around the floor to find someone that was cleaning another room and ask for more towels. Closet doors extremely heavy to move. Mattress of the bed close to the wall, sinks to the middle as soon as you lay down. Not at all what I expected from a Hotel that use to be one of the finest in the area. Overnight parking fee very high. In my opinion, all that is due to bad management and it can bring the place down very fast. I would not recommend your hotel to anyone that asked my opinion.

Cons: WI FI was not functional, there were no vents in the bathroom, and the room had an old smell to it.

Cons: Rooms were not ready by check in time. We even arrived early and were told to put our name on a list. When we returned later at the posted check- in time, there was a long line of people waiting for rooms. The average wait was 30 minutes to over an hour for rooms to be available on a Tuesday in the off season.

Cons: Low class people screaming in the hallway at all hours of the night. Staff was supposed to contact me when our room was available and never received a call. An hour after check in time went to see the status of the room and it had been ready all along. Never going back.

Cons: Few observations rather than dislikes. Once arrived went to the restaurant at 10 to find it was closed. No problem we had drinks (Daniel was great). Tried to have room service the following night, called order at 10:30pm. Was told kitchen was closed (was understood that the kitchen closes at 11pm). Tried to have a drink a few nights after and the bartender (a girl with short black hair this time) couldn’t find the cocktail menu. Once found and we went to order every drink we asked for was not available. She did make one drink and sadly it was too strong. Didn’t finish it. Very nonchalant attitude. She gave a feeling almost like we were interrupting her text conversation she was having while making my drink. There was also a day we didn’t receive room service even though the sign was hanging on the door. Only mentioning this because I work in the industry as well and hope that sharing these things makes for a more memorable stay for anyone.

Cons: The balcony could have been cleaned off so you do not track dirt in and out of the room. There were no trash bags provided for the room. The misleading pictures of ocean front rooms because the hotel is not ocean front.

Cons: Drinks are a little pricey, but its Miami! scrambled eggs were dry. $20 for breakfast buffet - most expensive fruit and cottage cheese I ever had lol.

Cons: Staff was unhelpful and delayed providing a room until Kayak faxed over confirmation, even though I had a confirmation number and email on my phone. When I finally got the room it was not cleaned from the previous occupant, there were dirty towels on the floor, dirt in the sink, and dirty sheets. Will not be going to this hotel again.

Cons: terrible service COCKROACHES- when I told the front desk there were cockroaches in my room- there was no apology or anything super dark rooms- like you are staying in a dungeon with no natural daylight

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Cons: I was wakened in the morning by noise from the room above me. The room's safe didn't work. The light above the bathroom mirror didn't work, even after the repairman said he had fixed it. The bed pillows were miniature and uncomfortable. The room could use a new paint job and cleaner floors. The Wifi was unable to connect me. The room's view was blocked by a huge machinery shed on the roof.

Cons: I stayed in the Private Residence, not the hotel, and housekeeping wasn't included, which wasn't very clear when I booked.

Cons: The rooms/case goods are tired, with some rough looking finishes.. Did not have recycling receptacles in all the rooms with some basic info. Also, missing some basic conveniences... e.g. The bathroom had one small double hook. No towel bar or additional hooks even though there was plenty of wall space. No good place to put one's towel near the shower.
