Cons: Water views are gorgeous. Very modern room. Had a nice kitchen and washer and dryer.

Cons: Upon arrival we noticed the blinds in front of the balcony was broken we called and the young lady politely apologized and said she would send someone right up.. we left the building and notified guest services that it was ok for them to go inside the room to fix the blinds. We returned thinking we can watch the sunset but the blinds waa still broken. Called back to front desk and same as b4 a great apologies but no one came we ate took a a shower and still noone. Called again and they said the ppl to fix it had gone for today. Never fixed it

Cons: HIDDEN FEES AT CHECK OUT... The hotel was at a great price.. But during checkout they add all these fees nobody told you and you have to pay them... I paid like 35 dollars in fees for ONE night... If you are spending more nights, just multiply the fees. One fee is valet parking (they don't give you a parking space) so you have to leave your car in valet. The other fee is "amenities use" COME ON!! This fee was the one that I feel was not right... First of all, I DID NOT use ANY of the amenities, it was a one night stay. The should include this in the price... So the thing is that for 35 bucks a night additional to what they advertised, I could have gotten a MUCH better hotel. Hope this review helps...

Cons: The beds were terrible, I slept in the bed a couple nights then slept on the couch the rest of the stay. Beds had no cushion just felt like sleeping on springs half the time. The couch was more comfortable. No way i could have slept the whole week on the bed without having back issues. Had to pay for parking $25/day and they tried to charge for a week even though we returned the rental car the day after we got there. They did take it off the bill though.

Cons: Fire alarm at 1:30 a.m

Cons: $ 43.00 a night to park your car. Ridiculously expensive.

Cons: full beds are quite small. Queens would be better. Expensive parking. Just "OK" restaurant.

Cons: Nice accommodations and comfy bed!

Cons: Letting the booking companies know that they charge for the first night one night before you get there as an authorization hold, then when you get there then charge you again for incidentals per room per night... that was $400 dollars that I didn't have access too in addition to the $1031 hold on the first night BEFORE you get there... it made a mess of the trip and we couldn't do the things we wanted to because all of our monies where held in limbo for a week. :-(

Cons: The wating time for the valet to bring your car

Cons: Pool overrun by near-naked chemically stimulated revelers. Incredibly noisy till small hours of morning. Phones in room didn't work.

Cons: I wish they had coffee available for longer in the am, start earlier and end later, I missed it every day, either I was leaving to early or too late

Cons: Our shower, nor our phones, did not work. Fortunately, we were only staying for a single night, which made the problem not a big deal. Also, pools were not heated. They have two BEAUTIFUL pools, but no one dared to be in them at all because they were absolutely freezing. A shame, really.

Cons: I did not like the fact that the hotel did not appropriately handle the New Years clientele and would have 30 minutes to an hour for lag time on ordering room service, getting front desk assistance, and general services. I also thought it was very unprofessional of the hotel to give my room away on the night of New Years eve after I paid over 2 thousand dollars to reserve the room almost two weeks in advance. Although hotel credit was given, I still feel the hotel could have done more since we had a filthy hotel room. I really felt this hotel had the potential however they failed to show me that and honestly with the prices I paid I really deserved more

Cons: The staff were very accommodating, but certain floors of this hotel are LOUD. Try to stay away from the waterview side of the building directly above or below the 16th floor where the restaurant is housed.

Cons: each stay at Epic has been an exceptional experience, which is why it's our hotel of choice when visiting Miami.

Cons: poor parking service if you dont call for your car in advance you can wait up to 40' for your car

Cons: We were not given the room we ordered but they did try to make up for the error.

Cons: Valet parking is slow very slow

Cons: Bed linens were not soft, very rough and low quality. Pillows much to big and thick, no choices for pillows. Took one hour and three calls to get extra towels.

Cons: Price for parking is steep.

Cons: Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful Somewhat snobby clientele.

Cons: The location is terrible nothing to do around there. Customer service is terrible very rude staff especially in the restaurant. Will never stay there again.

Cons: Apparently requesting a second bucket of ice is an unreasonable request. Not according to the front desk but to whoever tells the person that actually comes to your door. This was off putting to say the least.

Cons: I didn't like the breakfast situation. When I booked online, it said out breakfast would be included, however, when we went upstairs the first morning we were immediately accosted about our breakfast coupons and then told we could only have the pastries, coffee, and orange juice, since we didn't have the coupons. I'm 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with us, so this was very frustrating. But there were several options within walking distance. Also, we wanted to use the sky lobby while we were there, but there was some kind of model casting going on all day both days we were there so it was packed.

Cons: No ice machine on floor and had to get ice from room service. The regular restaurant was closed for renovations. They charged a hotel fee for their continental breakfast even if you didn't eat breakfast.

Cons: There was nothing open including room service and there was a dead cockroach in our room.

Cons: The formatting of the room itself. The bathroom had a glass wall, even thought it made it look bigger it was odd.

Cons: The toilet did NOT work.. my room did not babe the sanitary tape on the door like the other doors did saying it’s been cleaned and how toilet paper was all used up and gross. It’s Covid time so this is both disgusting and unnecessary Smh

Cons: Lobby sparce, chaotic and unwelcoming. Valet was told it would be 20 min., but it was not that long. Event was happening , so lots of arrivals and tight spot to get a lot of cars coming and going.

Cons: Room service for breakfast was probably the driest most uninspired meal I've seen. It was a total contrast to the hotel.

Cons: Valet parking always seems to be the weak link at many hotels. Nothing horrific, just not up to the standard represented at this property.

Cons: Long wait for the valet, call early!

Cons: Parking is way too expensive. I had a problem with the television set in the bathroom, the remote simply would not work. I asked for help on this three times and each time they could send someone to turn it on but they could never tell me how to turn it on.

Cons: as soon as I arrive with a reservation, they told me that they were full and I didn't have a room in that hotel so they change me to another Marriott

Cons: very slow valet parking, average room service

Cons: The wifi didn't seem to work, luckily I was close enough to the lobby to use that.
