Cons: You definitely pay for what you get. Expect to lay out a pretty penny Pool side service was a little spotty. At one point my wife and I had to wait 15 min for a towel and chairs despite the area being fairly empty (this was after speaking with two staff members) on another occasion we waited 20 min for someone to ask for our orders. There was a stain on the seating area in the room. Do not know what it was, however definitely expect more from a hotel of this caliber. Our view from the room was absolutely gorgeous, but the balcony was too small to fit chairs on. Note this appears to be only on a small section of rooms so be weary about this.

Pros: The location for me is really great. I am a Diamond with Hilton for many years and have stayed at many of their properties. This is not your typical Hampton Inn at all!!! This is easily the most beautiful and well designed Hampton Inn I have ever been to. Almost every Hampton Inn looks alike and those of you who travel a lot know exactly what I mean. This one is totally different in look, feeling and design and has a staff more like you experience in a regular full-priced Hilton. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you are in the area and for me, this is my go-to hotel for my frequent Miami business trips.

Pros: This hotel had a surprising nice lobby and pool that made me wish I had built in time for lounging poolside and enjoying a cocktail. The free cocktail ticket received at check-in was a nice perk not offered by most hotels. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet - no noisy maids or slamming doors in the hallways. The location is great - very accessible for Brickell business environment. 25 minute mid-day taxi ride to/from the airport.

Pros: The hotel is very central and is located in brickell city center. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it was gorgeous. The food from room service was delicious.
Cons: The customer services from the staff was 50/50. Some staff were very warm and helpful and other staff answer the phone “hello yeh”. There was an issue with the auto lights in the room and engineering was called several times. We were traveling with a 2 year old so the lights turning on and off after 10pm weren’t ideal. When it was brought to the front desks attention the next morning no apologies were made and I was given the impression they didn’t care.

Cons: Letting the booking companies know that they charge for the first night one night before you get there as an authorization hold, then when you get there then charge you again for incidentals per room per night... that was $400 dollars that I didn't have access too in addition to the $1031 hold on the first night BEFORE you get there... it made a mess of the trip and we couldn't do the things we wanted to because all of our monies where held in limbo for a week. :-(

Pros: We were the first guest to stay in our room, hotel was brand new, that was a cool point. Love the feel and atmosphere. We are in our mid twenties, excuse me, late twenties lol. we rented for the night, for a staycation, we are parents needed a break, and the Atton was great.
Cons: I think the pool could of been a bit better, it's a small infinity pool with a nice view, has a bar and seating area, it's family friendly, but i can see how awkward it would be if it was full of adults relaxing and kids running around screaming. I wouldn't bring my kids here for a family stay. Just me and my husband, definitely. I'd rent here again.

Pros: The Langford is absolutely beautiful and I loved its character! They managed to maintain a lot of its unique architecture with modern touches. The downtown location was convenient for all of the things we wanted to do.

When I booked online, it said out breakfast would be included, however, when we went upstairs the first morning we were immediately accosted about our breakfast coupons and then told we could only have the pastries, coffee, and orange juice, since we didn't have the coupons. I'm 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with us, so this was very frustrating. But there were several options within walking distance. Also, we wanted to use the sky lobby while we were there, but there was some kind of model casting going on all day both days we were there so it was packed.

I also thought it was very unprofessional of the hotel to give my room away on the night of New Years eve after I paid over 2 thousand dollars to reserve the room almost two weeks in advance. Although hotel credit was given, I still feel the hotel could have done more since we had a filthy hotel room. I really felt this hotel had the potential however they failed to show me that and honestly with the prices I paid I really deserved more

I will not give Hilton into priority consideration in the future. 2) Some residents were definitely smoking pot inside the room. 3) We had 4 people checking in and were only given 3 towels.... which is very much ridiculous. 4) The bed was not set up in a tidy manner, and the trash can and empty bottles were not removed after the room cleaning.. that was a very bad experience.

They greeted us on arrival and exit every day and provided us with a map and some suggestions about where to go for shopping and dining (although most suggestions required a taxi - which we ignored and took public transit instead). Free newspapers and even free small bottles of water. Excellent location close to Metromover station (Riverwalk) and dining and shopping areas. We were allowed to check-in before 3:00pm which was a blessing after our long morning of travel with no food and little sleep. I also liked the free wifi, it was decent. The food for the breakfast in the cafe was delicious and the serving staff were very friendly - but it's expensive. We only did that the first morning. I also liked the free boarding pass printing service provided.
Cons: For a quadruple room (with 4 guests) often not enough water glasses or towels were provided. We had to call housekeeping a few times to get extra glasses and towels. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. They needed to post the 'rules' about quiet hours in Spanish because a few times during the designated quiet hours there was loud talking/shouting in the hallway (in Spanish). On one occasion I also smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway near the elevators (9th floor). No fridge in the room, and only one chair. (Again, a strange set up for a room billed as "quadruple"). Gift shop staff was rude and only interested in texting on her phone. I was ignored when I walked into the shop. As a result I didn't buy anything. They charged us for the water bottles in the room that we never touched at check out. However when it was pointed out, they removed the charge immediately. For all these negatives please don't think badly of this place, it really was good and my family enjoyed themselves immensely in Miami.

Pros: We were in Miami to attend a Miami Heat basketball game. The location was decent. It would have been better to stay on the water since we had to walk through a couple of seedy areas to get back to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was decent, a good selection that my teenage son appreciated. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The room had a good set up, 2 beds on one side of a dividing wall, and a big closet, bathroom and changing area on the other side. It made things easier to share the room with a teenage boy.

We thought that was pretty high. We stored our items in the safe. We had problems opening it and had to get security up there. It took them a long time to come, requiring a second call. I've never before needed help with a room safe. We travel a lot. The concierge staff, who we consulted twice, was pretty provincial and didn't have any good suggestions though they tried to be helpful.

Enjoyed the daily Happy Hour specials and the buffet styled breakfast thats readily available downstairs at the restaurant called the "Catch". The service the Marriott provided was Awesome! I would stay here again.... $10.00 or less ride to South Beach using Uber or Lyft. If you don't want to pay the daily parking charge, there is street parking that affordable adjacent to the hotel.

The staff was very attentive. They book a massage for me. They set up a crib and twin bed for my 2 year old son so he could choose which he wanted. They had smart TVs which allowed us to play netflix and youtube at night. my wife and I especially liked that the hotel had many resteraunts, starbucks, pharmacy and many botique stores attached to the hotel. The pool was nice, but the only drawback is that it is situated in a way that we only got sun in certain parts of the day as the building blocked out the sun before noon. so 12-5pm the sun hit the pool. It was very close to south beath (lincoln rd). We had a car but with all the shuttle services you really could not even bother. They had busses going to many of the attractions you want, and if it wasn't uber would fill in the few gaps. I would 100% go back and do plan on making this a semi-regular vacation favorite. It also helped that there were other familes with kids for my son to play with. He had 5-10 kids to play with in the pool on any given day. ENjoy! and thanks for the memories

Better gym than many hotels I have stayed at a a nice half mile jogging loop around the lagoon. Great pool area and the grounds were full of iguanas of all sizes. The coffee shop/cafe/food store was convenient. The room was nice and clean.
Cons: The Covid-19 restrictions put a damper on things as the food options were very limited and so were the staff. Concierge was M. I. A. When I needed to schedule a shuttle to the airport and I ended up paying for Lyft.

Pros: This is a great hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. The hotel is right across the street from bayside marketplace. We walked over for dinner and a little shopping. The hotel is very close to the cruise port and we were able to see the ships the next morning from the hotel window.
Cons: The wifi is weak, but it was free. I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't, so we walked over to bayside again to eat.

Pros: Upon our arrival and we stayed an extra day , there is a parking fee of $33 bucks a day plus a $2.00 valet fee . I paid 40% of a one day stay for my car . However ... I recommend the restaurant in lobby .. Very good and ask for Beatrice to wait on you . She was fantastic !!!!

Pros: The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.

Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.

Cons: We checked in on Thursday for a special birthday "stay-cation". I was under the impression that this was a five star facility, but the room we were placed in and the service we received was far from five star quality. Within hours of our check in, the bathroom sink clogged up. My husband and i went to dinner and asked for maintenance to come to our room while we were gone. When we returned, it appeared that someone had come to fix it. However, within 30 minutes, the sink was clogged up again. We called the front desk and at 11:15 p.m. two maintenance men came into our room with a shot-vac to attempt to fix the problem. A shot-vac. At this point, the proper thing to do would have been for the hotel to offer to switch our rooms. Instead, we bore the sound of the vacuum and the maintenance crew for about 15 minutes. When one of the maintenance men was done, he said he would be back up in 30 minutes to see if it was fixed. It was almost 11:30 p.m. at this point! My husband told him not to bother returning. Not shockingly, in the morning the sink was still not working and now the toilet was backing up. I was appalled and embarrassed that I had booked this hotel for my husband's birthday. I went to the front desk to check out and aired my grievances. I spoke to a supervisor/manager that was there. He offered us a free breakfast that I said we would accept but then the manager took it back and said, "Well, actually it's past breakfast time." He offered to give us drinks at the bar instead. I could not have walked out fast enough. I was SO disappointed with this experience and spent the rest of the weekend trying to make it up to my husband (who has been ever-patient)!

Cons: When I got to hotel they had no reservation for me. I had my confirmation number and voucher to show I had paid for room and they had no record of it. They were full and initial said they could not find a room . This was very distressing because after a long day of work and travel I needed to get to into my room to prepare for an extremely important interview scheduled for early next morning . I am a young single woman and had never been to Miami so was unsure of where to go not knowing the area. After a stressful hour or more of waiting finally got the last room in hotel. The hotel staff were friendly but it was an extremely stressful situation. The interview following morning was most important for my future.

Concierge was very helpful as was the staff, and very friendly. Shuttle services are available to take you to the port/ships and can be scheduled according to your needs. Rates vary depending upon how many people are scheduled to shuttle at that time, but reasonable (for 2people - $6 each). Close to 7-11, grocery stores, downtown Miami and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

When arriving at the next hotel we were told they didnt have the room that YVE said they had for us. The desk at YVE assured us the hotel we were moved to had a room with 2 double bed waiting. Come to find out that was a lie. We had to give our teenage kids roll away bed and crowd the room. All around a mess and inconvienience we did not need at 9:30 pm. The information booklet they leave in the room about the hotel said that robes were available on request. I requested one and they said they had none. I asked for 2 extra towels they said they would send it right up. Never recieved them. The bed was very uncomfortable very hard. I did like at first that u needed a key to go onto the elevator to get to your room, being that we r in downtown miami. However u don't need a key to go down the elevator. So if u forget ur wallet with the key in it as soon as you get downstairs it's a hassle to get back upstairs. Lastly the deposit was 50 they upgraded my room for 30 so when I checked out the lady said I would be receiving 20 back. When i checked out they gave me 16. I know its only a 4 dollar difference but still. She should have said at that time it would be 30 plus tax for the room upgrade.
