Pros: Loved the decor, and location. No need for car to enjoy Broadway or any downtown attraction, easy to walk back to hotel, refresh. We were lucky to be on top floor looking East, wonderful view of downtown/strip. Restaurant was good. The large smart tv was great for the 30 mins we used it for in 4 days. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC wasn't noisy like a lot of places. Bluetooth mirror in bathroom was fun to listen to music from your phone while showering etc.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was horrible, would cut out and go completely dry for a few seconds on multiple occasions, sink was the same. Sink stopper did not work, could not fill the sink. USB ports on headboard did not work, so charging devices wasn't as convenient but all in all, minor issues. For the price of the room though, I'd expect these small things to be functioning properly.

Pros: Live music until 10 PM and a real rock and roll feel throughout. Wouldn't recommend it for a work trip but definitely a good place to hang out while waiting to party downtown. Very conveniently located just a few blocks away from most of Nashville's biggest attractions.

Pros: Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The staff alone made the stay worth it. The property is within 20 minute walk of just about everything downtown. I was in Capitol View area in 20 minutes; Frothy Monkey in 15; and Puckett's in 12-15 minutes.
Cons: Because of a private event on Monday, the lobby seating area was inaccessible, a minor inconvenience. Honestly, Good recommend on the Cambria. Stay here!

Cons: We booked for two nights and enjoyed our nights and had planned to be in the area for 7 days. We inquired to stay an additional 5 nights and the rates available were up about 25% higher. We ended up booking somwhere else for 5 nights right next door. Still highly recommend staying at hotel if you are haapy with price.

Pros: From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville.
Cons: The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.

Pros: Parking options seemed limited to Valet. The Valet team was super nice and helpful, so that's totally fine. Pool deck is lovely. Views all around are awesome - great location. Staff at Kitchen Notes are wonderful. Food was pretty good. Loved the inclusion of local food sources and other local services (Bongo Java).
Cons: When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.

Pros: We love the hotel grounds and lobby areas of this hotel. It has always been one of our favorite and most romantic locations to visit. We love to wander among the plants and water features and shop in the shops. The restaraunts are also good.
Cons: They could spend a little more money on the rooms. The bathroom area is cramped and awkward. And this trip we were on a floor with some kind of loud kids acting troup that apparently believed they were the only ones in the hotel! They should have thanked this into consideration when renting these rooms! Also we had no do not disturb door tag so on our little vacation we were rudely awakened at around 8 am by the housekeeper trying to get in!!

Cons: Room was less then clean. There were stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. Very understaffed and the vast majority of restaurants and shops in the hotel were closed. In fact, the staff that was there were completely unhelpful. When I asked the Valet to call me a taxi, they suggested I stand outside and wait to see if one comes but they hadn't seen one all day. I walked outside and saw that there were 3 cabs waiting.

Cons: The headboard on one of the beds had a few places where the vinyl had peeled off. There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly. Also didn't like the hidden servic fees tagged on to our bill which where explained as, "that pays for the complimentary wifi, 2 bottled water" and what would seem to be our privilege of walking around and looking at the hotel.

Cons: We paid hundreds to stay including a resort fee through kayak. Then they charged us the resort fee there too. Not to mention they had the audacity to charge us to park, we had to walk really far to a bus, wait for the whole bus to load and drive us 15 min to the hotel where we had to walk thriugh two EMPTY parking lots and around the hotel to get to registration. The room was about what you'd see anywhere (other than the obstructed atrium view) The grout in shower was nasty & tiles are worn & cracked. There was some hunting convention going on and all we heard all day & night were duck calls. NEVER again. Save your hard earned money & stay somewhere relaxing and welcoming.

Cons: We were very unhappy to have paid $300 to stay at the Hyatt. Our room looked out over a construction site that started work at 6am and was using dynamite-so no napping or sleeping in. We like to nap and then go back out in the evening, but that did not happen. We are also meditators and that was impossible.

Breakfast was great! Mini pancake machine along with waffles and eggs. The room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient but not as convenient as some of the other hotels downtown. (I like walking around so it was a bit out of the way returning home in the evening by foot.)

In addition, the group I was working with during my stay were seated in the back area of the main floor near the bar and their was a strong sewage smell back there. Lastly, the hotel conducted tests of its emergency system but did not inform the guest that they were testing and it was not a real emergency.

The free breakfast was extensive - something for everyone. The lobby area was large with comfy chairs if you wanted a place to relax with a glass of wine (bring your own). Will definitely stay here again.

Cons: What I didn't like about this hotel was mainly the fact I paid $70 for two nights valet and my truck was parked on the road all day and all night both times. I could have paid $10 just a couple blocks away and parked in a parking lot at least and it would have been away from all the construction that was going on. There were plenty of spots in the parking garage because I went down there and yet my truck stayed outside.

Pros: The location is great for proximity to downtown and Vanderbilt. The bar and lobby areas are nice. Bartenders were friendly and had good wine suggestions. There was a wedding on Saturday that took over the entire lobby for much of the day and night, so that cut down on our enjoyment. Friday night we enjoyed having a glass of wine in the lobby while listening to live music and waiting to meet friends for dinner.
Cons: The shower stall was old and had mold and mildew stains in the grout. We were awakened several times during the night by people passing through in the hall. They weren't being excessively noisy; it seems to be a design flaw. I much prefer the Hutton. Even the Loews is better.

There was a wire about two feet long sticking out if the wall that my friend tripped and fell over. Cons: When I arrived the staff could not find my reservation and were unwilling to make any attempt to locate it... Told me to call and fix it. Hotel was under construction so be prepared to dodge boxes in the hallways. Construction workers started work about 8am so don't think about sleeping in a bit. Room was ok, but toilet had not been cleaned. Hotel is non-smoking but you have to walk thru 3-4 people out front smoking by the door.

Cons: First room I checked in to had faulty electrics, had to be moved in to another room. Other room had outlets not fully secured in their gang boxes. Most alarmingly was the GFI outlet in the bathroom was free and protruding from the wall. Bathroom in general was disappointing- there was white and black mold growing in the corner of the tub lip, fan shroud has hanging loose from ceiling, and there were numerous poorly patched holes in the ceiling of bathroom.

We checked in hours before the blizzard hit and the highways shut down... Hotel staff was very limited, but did their very best to accomodate our every need. Pros: I was woke up shortly after 5am by the construction crew banging with sirens and screaming. It was horrible. The hotel said they didn't know ahead of time a complete lie the building next door has been being built for over a year i found out. The wake up call (not that i got any sleep) was a half hour earlier than requested. Room service was horrible the food was not good and it took over an hour (nearly an hour and a half) to get a club sandwich. The delivery girl pandered for a tip suggesting there was no tip already included and telling me how people weren't answering the door when she was trying to deliver food. I tipped her only to find out room service charges 21% tip built into the bill plus a delivery fee of $2.50 on top of that. The room had a barely working toilet, some of the lights did not work, the fridge had no adjustment and would freeze everything solid, the fan in the bathroom was, also not working. Valet parking guys were great very friendly and professional. $35 per day is awfully high for valet at a hotel that has no parking at all to accommodate their guests except the valet option or you can go drive around downtown and find a public lot. I stayed in a suite that i paid extra for. I would highly recommend this valet service but i wouldn't stay at this hotel until the construction next door is finished at the vet least. I will not stay here again.

Pros: I appreciated the staff. I checked in the weekend of the Women's Final Four. It was extremely busy. But the front desk was exceptionally helpful and professional. They worked hard to accommodate a change in my room selection, when it did not appear to be a possibility as they were fully booked. Within 30 minutes of check-in they had taken care of my request. I really appreciated their "going the extra mile" to make our stay special. I also really liked the location. We parked the car and walked over downtown. The capitol is a few blocks away and the Davidson County Courthouse. These areas offer lots of green space. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank god we didn't have to spend much time in the room. If we didn't have the mold and the stench, stay would have been great.

Pros: We loved the quick easy check in and the complimentary breakfast buffet! Omelets were made to order and delivered to our table, and the wait staff couldn't be nicer! They even asked if we were finished eating before breaking down the buffet...for those of us with sleepy teenagers this was a real plus!
Cons: We picked this hotel because it was located downtown and we like to be in walking distance of tourist attractions when we travel. Location was good, but be aware that this hotel is located up the hill from the downtown area...and it's a pretty steep hill! For women wearing heels it can be a bit of a challenge!

Asked valet about a self park option and the guy was too busy to help. Went to the front desk and the guy was rude. There was a customer in line who told me about the street around the corner where parking was free if I could find a spot. We did and saved 50 bucks! As a Hilton diamond member we did not get treated as such. We should have received a digital room key to avoid the long line to check in it Never got it as requested. Room was okay and location to downtown was great.

Cons: The faucets had no hot water, which made shaving pretty awful, unless you wanted to shave blind in a shower. The hostel didn't have any recycling anywhere in the building, which seemed bizarre. Otherwise, everything was good!

Pros: Check in and check out are fast, easy, stress free. We were in and out within 5 minutes. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist any way they can. Rooms are always clean and ready for check in. The location is the best we have found in Nashville. You are within minutes of downtown, opryland, the mall; but you don't have to deal with any of the traffic.
Cons: The only issue we had was ther was no mini refrigerator. Not a must have but would be the perfect addition to the room. While traveling it would be nice to be able to keep a couple beverages cold. Especially to prepare for check out day when planning to drive several hours. Having a place to store a few drinks for snacks help cut back on stops during the drive.

Cons: Was booked into a smoking handicapped room. We do not smoke nor are we handicapped. When I discovered the error, I asked to be changed to another room. I was told the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I left without staying in the room and went to a hotel down the street. When I informed them I was leaving, I asked for a refund. I was told there was no manager on duty and no refund was possible. I was told to call 2 days later to talk to a manager to see if a refund was even possible.
