Cons: Elevators being down was a bit of a pain since the hotel layout is so long. Having just one bank down made the others very slow.

Cons: Not all inclusive

Cons: They could spend a little more money on the rooms. The bathroom area is cramped and awkward. And this trip we were on a floor with some kind of loud kids acting troup that apparently believed they were the only ones in the hotel! They should have thanked this into consideration when renting these rooms! Also we had no do not disturb door tag so on our little vacation we were rudely awakened at around 8 am by the housekeeper trying to get in!!

Cons: Expensive!! They tack on extra fees that we were not aware of before arriving, very expensive outdoor parking, resort fees, etc... It's a beautiful place but also confusing to find your room, we had one with a pull out bed only, not a real bed. It was fine but not my first pick.

Cons: Room was less then clean. There were stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. Very understaffed and the vast majority of restaurants and shops in the hotel were closed. In fact, the staff that was there were completely unhelpful. When I asked the Valet to call me a taxi, they suggested I stand outside and wait to see if one comes but they hadn't seen one all day. I walked outside and saw that there were 3 cabs waiting.

Cons: Parlor room does not include a bed. Just a pull out couch. Shower temps tyre was either freezing or scalding. The smell of whatever cleaner they use was overwhelming. Also charge a $20 mandatory resort fee.

Cons: The headboard on one of the beds had a few places where the vinyl had peeled off. There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly. Also didn't like the hidden servic fees tagged on to our bill which where explained as, "that pays for the complimentary wifi, 2 bottled water" and what would seem to be our privilege of walking around and looking at the hotel.

Cons: Parking was horrible with the construction. Super long walk to room.

Cons: The price is ridiculous. Will not be staying here again. I will get a much nicer hotel for the money the next visit to Nashville. Everything is so spread out and I did not get a chance to even walk to the Grand Ole Opry. Room service for 2 people was around $80. I had men's beard clippings in the bathroom. I have stayed in better resort hotels. This 2 day stay cost over $1000!!! Not at all worth the cost.

Cons: We paid hundreds to stay including a resort fee through kayak. Then they charged us the resort fee there too. Not to mention they had the audacity to charge us to park, we had to walk really far to a bus, wait for the whole bus to load and drive us 15 min to the hotel where we had to walk thriugh two EMPTY parking lots and around the hotel to get to registration. The room was about what you'd see anywhere (other than the obstructed atrium view) The grout in shower was nasty & tiles are worn & cracked. There was some hunting convention going on and all we heard all day & night were duck calls. NEVER again. Save your hard earned money & stay somewhere relaxing and welcoming.

Cons: The carpet was kind of weird feeling and dewy. I also wish breakfast was an hour longer.

Cons: Comforter was dirty with blood stains. Was changed immediately after informing the staff. Breakfast was horrible and coffee came from a machine not freshly brewed. Small bathrooms.

Cons: Bathroom TINY... also, while I could tell a renovation had been done, there were parts that had been missed that still looked like an old/grimy hotel. The light switches and outlets should all be changed out as they are dirty/grimy looking. There are places in the bathrooms that need painting - specifically where walls meet ceilings.

Cons: Our online checkin was fine. But we requested one bed on high floor. Placed in a room with double beds and 4th floor. There were no pictures on wall, dresser had 2 drawers that you could see in( open), no couch or chairs, no bedspread, mattress was lumpy and slanted downward toward headboard, and room was cold when we arrived. We asked about this, desk clerk said they were renovating. We were not aware of this and could not cancel reservation. We were ready to leave and lose our money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Cons: a dirty wash cloth was hanging in the shower staff was notified upon check out.

Cons: The two staff members who "greeted" me were ridiculous. It was a man and woman at the front who were eye rolling at guests, being short and sighing at requests. Coming from a hospitality background it blew my mind. However I believe I saw the manager the next morning in the breakfast area and he was very nice and attentive to his guests.

Cons: We were woken up several times by extremely loud guests on a different floor. They were yelling and running down the halls at 3:30am. We called the front desk with no answer several times. Then at 6am the alarm went off without being set by one of us.

Cons: The staff that was supposed to clean the room etc, did not do so 3X and once they started knocking on the door at 8:30 am to clean the room. They apparently don't understand that the hanging card on the door has 2 sides which tell them whether to clean the room or if the guest wants privacy. Desk staff said they did not clean rooms July 4 because staff "worked 1/2 day on the 4th."I tried calling the front desk on 3 different days. They never answered the phone.

Cons: From day 1 I had to deal with noises from renovations going on right outside my door. This was slightly annoying but I could have looked past it were it not for the other issues that occurred the same weekend of my trip. The second day the water heaters all broke and I couldn't get hot water in my room until past noon. The third day the power went out for half of the morning. Overall a very frustrating stay.

Cons: When requested to have two pair of slacks cleaned, the staff mentioned they were forced to offer cleaning by the Best Western hotel chain, but they had to add $50.00 to each item, due to incoinvienece. Why offer it in the first place.

Cons: The bed and sofa both were very uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a suite but it was the size of a regular room and they had some sort of curtain that was supposed to divide the sleeping area from the rest of the room.

Cons: The housekeeping staff was not good. One day they never showed up even though I asked them to clean the room and let them know when I left so they could get into the room. Once I returned, no one was on staff to clean the room. The other days the staff just did not clean well. Left trash on the floor, did not take dirty linens. Never refilled my empty tissues or toilet paper until I asked for replacements. Also, one day there was an employee parked in a handicapped parking place all day with no signs of being handicapped nor did he have handicapped plates or placard. On the next day the hotel van was parked in a handicapped space all morning. There is only 4 handicapped spaces at this hotel. This should never happen. Not good water pressure in the shower. Sliding doors in bathroom were difficult to use.

Cons: Pocket doors in the bathroom are a bad idea. Pool is much colder than expected for a heated pool. They also over sold our suite we purchased, no compensation for the mistake.

Cons: Only issue I had was there must have been a junior hockey tournament the weekend I stayed ,kids were everywhere and extremely loud and running up and down the hallways,but that's not the hotels fault it's the parents.

Cons: Breakfast hours were very short (6-9) and choices were limited. One of the cabinets was broken in the room. No maid service on the weekend without special request. Shower water pressure was almost non-existent. Overall, I was just not that impressed. I understand the hotel was green but it only seemed to be green as a mechanism for cost savings.

Cons: Paid for a king bed, received a double instead. Staff did not care, and was not helpful. Elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. Maintenance crew was working, loudly, very early in the morning. Very disrespectful. Will not stay there again.

Cons: Checkin person had repeated problems with creating room keys...took 10 minutes of fussing. Shower was ridiculous..shower head at a bad angle that couldn’t be changed and water pressure that would remove your scalp. Control handle on the shower placed so close to the shower door it was almost unusable. Room layout was so empty it reminded me of a “handicapped-accessible” room even tho it was not. Stupid half-closet and sink outside the bathroom...is this a Motel 6 or a Hyatt? Large sofa in this “suite” did nothing to make the room better. I’ve stayed in Comfort Inns that were much more comfortable and well-appointed.

Cons: Parking lot doesn't have space to park. Housekeeping did not clean our room. Replaced towels but did not make our room.

Cons: There was NOTHING about this hotel that I disliked. Highest marks all the way around.

Cons: there was not one thing I did not like about the inn....
