The room, the view, the tub, the food, the location and the staff!
The elevators are frustrating. One side only goes to 12. The other all the way to the top. Invariably, when you need to go above 12 you more often than not get the one that doesn’t go there. It’s maddening
Location and view from room was amazing! We loved being able to watch the fireworks in PJs from the comfort of our room. Received early check-in (very grateful!). Room was clean and updated nicely.
It’s pricey!! But worth the splurge for the location, view, and experience.
Just the location
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
STAFF VERY KIND AND POLITE
TOO MUCH HIDDEN STUPID FEES LIKE: 1-RESORT SERVICE? 16+HST 2-BREAKFAST BUFFET? 22+HST 3-15% + OF BREAKFAST BUFFETS +HST 4-PARKING 35+HST FALSVIEW RESTAURANT +HST BESIDE THAT THE HOTEL WAS IN RENOVATION , AND THE LOBBY DIRTY OF CONSTRUCTION THINGS
Great place for kids
With a water park, friendly staff and plenty to do this is an excellent place to take kids. Buffet dinners are a highlight of the day.
Strange no fans in the bathroom.
Very convinient to everything in Niagara Falls area
Room didn’t get very cold despite how much we turned up the ac.
Loved the location , very convenient, the buffet restaurant was really good with falls view but over priced
Falls view restaurant over priced and parking was too far and expensive
Waterpark Italian Restaurant
Few TV channel's Room's are meh Fallsview not worth it as only view-able from a small part of the room.
Need more reception staff working . You shouldn’t have to wait in a long line to check in.
Views, fireplace, couch in room, jacuzzi tub in bathroom
Slow elevator service, there was a gap between the window and wall that we could hear the other room clear as day, and see right into the room.
Best location in niagra falls
Loved the location . Kids loved the hotel sand all it had to offer.
Rooms smelled a little. Other than that it was a great stay.
Beautiful hotel with clearly the premier location on the Canadian side of the Falls. Short walk across the street to the riverfront and it's situated right on the street where all the nightlife is. Large crowds of well-behaved people on the streets made it seem very safe to walk the town at night. Restaurant on top highly recommended. Reasonable prices and eye-popping view of the Falls.
I'm still trying to come up with something.
Upgraded to jacuzzi suite as same rate due to mix up with reservation.
Not a whole lot
The room we got was looking into the conference room...literally looking behind a kiosk that was set up in the conference room. The blinds were not functioning very well so we had to be careful that the individual slats (on the blinds) were all closed properly. The walls are paper thin. The people next door to us were talking until 5am, not yelling just talking in normal voice and we heard them all night. The cost of this room with tax came to $196.00. What a rip, we won't be staying there or any other Sheraton anytime soon. We stayed in room #339
the room was too small, and the only window looked out into the hall
beautiful hotel, great view of the falls.
I liked where the hotel was located close to all the amenties that we want to do while we stayed in Niagara falls
I would have like a bar fridge in the room, I understand that I could have but at a cost.
The view was perfect and room was great. We only stayed one night so didnt avail of hotel facilities.
easy access to resturaunts and entertainment
the fallsview dining room,$55.00 for three breakfasts-the food was awful and way over priced
view on fall
clean and the location close to everything.
how close it was to clifton hills
