Awesome, affordable, one night adventure
Loved the renovated hotel, it improved a lot since I last came here many years ago. Great family hotel even we came as a couple. Be prepared to wake up to screaming children running around the courtyard in the morning before they go to the Waterpark we didn't mind it, it was kind of funny! Didn't bother us at all but if you're looking for a quiet sleep in hotel don't go here. If you have a family definitely go here. Nice courtyards to host your birthday outside of your room or to chill in
The bathroom soap dispensers all seemed a little empty. They didn't have little bottles just wall units so it was a little irritating to have an almost empty thing.
Not the best
Everything was extra money. We got there and we had a prebooked room but my dauggter brought a friend so now instead a 5 ppl we were 5 And a baby so they made us upgrade. That was an extra $80 per niģht even though the room was $ 75 per night. The 2 cars were $44 a night. The whole adventure ended up costing us $450 for two nights. The room's thermostat was not the greatest so we froze. We usually stay at the Victoria inn and we will deffinetly stick with it in the future. Parking is included and they are always happy to give you a crib instead of making you upgrade your room.
Nothing blew my mind about the place.
Pool was VERY far from skyline inn. Spilled coffee grains on the carpet and it was never cleaned up when room service passed, during our three night stay. Also cups where CLEARLY wiped clean instead of being replaced by clean ones.
Courtyards, family movie night
Pools too far, inconvienent. Same with workout rooms.
location was good and value for money is really good
it was a little loud at times, lots of young children running around
I will remember to ask for an upper room next time as there are a lot of kids at this hotel and they run around all the time, right above us. Otherwise, great.
The assistance checking in and out - the person at the desk was well-trained and knowledgeable.
The only complaint I can make is that I didn't have a car but was charged for parking. Not a big issue as I simply called the billing number after I returned home and had it corrected.
I liked the proximity to the main area of Niagara.. walking distance to everything I wanted to do with my children. It was clean with very friendly staff at reception.
The fridge froze everything that was in it overnight, so the kids couldnt have water or juice when they woke up as it was ice ! The people above us were quiet noisy at 10.00 p.m.
Hotel is close to water park and the Clifton Hill locations
The Inn was better than we expected. Cleanliness was very good. Staff was helpful.
I was very impressed with your maid service - they were friendly, business like, happy and they aimed to please and do anything that you would like. Their cleaning was top notch. You should be very proud of them! Thank you
The size of the room and the hotel setup
The hotel was clean and pretty quiet.
Rooms clean everyone pleasant
very noisy in room above
the pictures of the falls and the stories under the pictures about histoy of the falls, location
front desk staff was arogant on check in, exposed pipes across ceiling, long extension cord on lamp, poor lighting, no make up mirror, stain on bedspread
