Pros: We had a great night in a beautiful room. The staff did a wonderful job making sure we felt welcome. They even sent some complimentary wine when they heard it was our anniversary.

Pros: We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine for husband's birthday. Hours later, we were brought fresh homemade cookies from the restaurant below. We ordered room service breakfast for the am, which was paired with complimentary coffee and a newspaper. The beds at the Colcord are the absolute best in the area, which is why we chose this hotel. We leisurely walked to the Vast, a restaurant on the top floor of the skyscraper next door-- literally next door to the Colcord. The whole experience was phenomenal. I would HIGHLY recommend treating yourself to a stay here!!!

Cons: Bad work space. Not enough outlets for chargers. Probably the worst desk light I’ve ever seen. It’s a fluorescent bulb, held in a chintzy chrome case, without a shade to keep it from glaring into eyes. It’s all design. No function. The designer who picked it did not consider that its use. I need to do at least a few hours of desk work every day when I travel for business. I’ll orobanly head to the Hilton or Ambassador (Marriott) for my next business trip.

Cons: Housekeeping didn’t come one day even though the make up room light and they didn’t do turndown Service two of the nights because “they didn’t have any cookies “. We called and they pretty much shrugged their shoulders.

Pros: The Hilton Garden Inn OKC Airport matches its companies esteemed reputation. Originally, we wanted to stay in the Downtown/Bricktown areas; however the comparable rooms there were going for an extra $100/night. For just a 5 minute ride down the freeway, the savings were more than worth it. Great hotel for a family!

Cons: We asked for a crib in the room once we arrived. It took almost a half an hour to get it. No coffee in the room, even though there was a coffee maker. Pull out bed had no sheets and it took about an hour to get them. Also dishes were left in the dishwasher and not put away.

Cons: We were given the wrong room (one bed and we reserved two) and were told we would get another room free. That didn't happen but we were accommodated appropriately.

Cons: We made reservations for a one bedroom queen suite with a pull out couch and got a king bed with pullout couch. I called twice to confirm this was a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. We have 3 small kids under 5 and I'm pregnant so there wasn't enough room for us. We tried to get the front desk person to switch the room but nothing was available and she was rude. We called guest services and the front desk 3 times for pillows we never got. I had to go down to the front desk at 10pm to get them.

Pros: Check in was easy. Lobby inviting. Kids thought they had hit the jackpot with the cleanliness and style. AC worked really well. Quiet. Nice that it was near the freeway but we never heard anything from the freeway. We all slept well. Breakfast was good. Easy to get back on the road. Nice that it is off the freeway.

Pros: We drove from Chicago, IL to El Paso, TX. This was the perfect middle nights stay. We stayed here going and coming back because we enjoyed it so much. The staff was amazing. Very nice and we got a dog bowl with treats included with our pet fee of $25. I love that they are pet friendly. Don't hesitate to book here. It is a comfortable and great stay. Also! If you travel with a dog, they have a nice grass area right in front of the hotel to walk your dog any time of the day.
Cons: The complementary breakfast wasn't great, but everything else makes up for it.

Pros: The hotel and the room were beautiful, even my 13 year old son was impressed! The staff at the front desk, valet, and bar were very friendly and helpful. Prices for amenities (valet, bar...) were very reasonable. our stay was very pleasant overall. Walking distance to bricktown.
Cons: The pool and the beds are a little small but are very nice. Parking choices are limited. It’s pay for valet (one fee per day no matter how many times you get your car) or parking garage (which charges you every time you leave). The room service people were terrible. We called and placed an order, after a 30 min we called the front desk and they transferred us to room service, there was no answer. After 50 min we called room service again. They said “we totally forgot which room, it’s in the way now”. After 30 more min I called room service to cancel and my call went unanswered. The front desk assured me that I would not be charged for my order and I wasn’t. It was just disappointing.

Cons: I booked a king room. When I checked in I was given a double room instead. I inquired and the staff blamed it on my booking via a 3rd party site. I was told that if I had booked directly with the hotel, that would not have happened. Furthermore, the staff did nothing to correct the matter and did not offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. Lastly, I suspect that the room mixup had less to do with using a booking app and more to do with the NBA team that was staying there the same night as us. I’m sure the hotel favored their bookings with regards to king beds and other requests. Either way, probably will not return.

Cons: I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room. New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room. one light bulb did not work. Pros: The location for attending the OKC Thunder game was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the arena that was mostly indoors. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well both nights of our stay.
Cons: Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.

Pros: Nothing at all!
Cons: I found this online and the rooms seemed warm and inviting. I arrived at check in time, room wasn't ready. When the keys did arrive the directions to my room were more than confusing. A security guy was sent to help me, it was in 110 degree weather and we walked over five buildings to locate the room. The breezeway areas had old phone books and trash thrown on the ground. I was given four keys and a total of two rooms. I just needed one room. The beds had bad bedding, the tile and room was all white with one small couch. The master bath had opened soap on the sink and a dirty washcloth. I felt unsafe and the room was nothing as pictured. The toilets continually ran also, blinds were all broken off. I was in the room for less than twenty minutes. I went to check out and find somewhere else. The same clerk that checked me in was doing the check out. She acted like she hadn't seen me, never said a word about a refund or why I was leaving so soon. She acted like she really didn't even care.

Pros: I liked the furnished extended-stay feel of the room. We were provided kitchen utensils, an on-site bar, adequate meals (breakfast and dinner) and a workout facility. The rooms were much better than most of the reviews. Were they fancy? No. Were they effective? Yes. The beds had a tempurpedic pad which was a huge plus to the end of some extremely long days.
Cons: I did not like the grounds. It was a mixture of extended stayers, short term travelers and permanent residences. I wish the groups were separated more. I think the short term occupants would respect the grounds more than the permanent residents. I did not like the checkout process either. We had 4 room keys and could not turn them in to the front desk. Since we left on a Sunday, the front desk wasn't open until 11, but checkout was required to be done before 11. I called the office and left a message and even went to the Bar/Concierge, but that was locked until 9am. We ultimately dropped our keys off in the permanent resident's rent drop-box and left the office a voicemail that they did not return.

Cons: Well if there weren't bad bugs you could lasso it might have been better,and if the bathtub hadn't been so gross and the TV didn't even work...and well also when I told the manager or who ever the fellow was about the bed bugs ...he argued with me and told me it was absolutely not bed bugs I saw.other than the gun fire outside my room around 3 am ..other than that stuff it was greT!!!
