Absolutely disgusting!!!! 1st room had bugs crawling on the desk and heater, blood on the bed sheets, & stains from a bottom on the chair. 2nd room had the exact same issues as the first, however, the tub was filled with green water and the shower was leaking. We did not stay. We walked out. This hotel should be condemned.
Pros (+) Beds were okay.
Cons (-) We stayed on the sixth floor the whole floor smelled like Marijuana. There were ants in the sink that got all in our belongings. The bathroom door and toilet handle were broke. Breakfast is not like the pictures it is a grab and go bag with a muffin a fruit n sandwich.
Cons (-) Whats the point of making a reservation through Kayak when the Comfort Inn claims they have a problem and wont honor the room I paid for. I show up and they say I have to go to the lower priced Best Western because they dont have enough rooms. After two hours on hold with what they claim is customer service the best they will do for me is 6000 lousy Privilege points which isnt even enough for a fr...

Pros (+) Overall nice hotel. Rooms were decent size & well maintained. The lobby, elevators and such are a little outdated but decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is right off the interstate and close to many restaurant options.
Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was fine for the value, but the smell in the room.
Cons (-) There was a terrible musty smell in the room. The dresser drawers smelled so bad that I would not stow my clothes. Nothing could take out the smell, even a special machine. I was concerned about my health since there must be mold somewhere. We had family members also in a room on the 5th floor and there room smelled the same.
Pros (+) We checked in late. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. Overall, happy with our stay.
