Cons: Their shud be a social hour in the evening

Cons: The power going out in the morning and not being able to get ready for the day before time to take off.

Cons: Bed was not very comfortable. Our view out the window was a fast food drive thru. Room fridge was a bit noisy

Cons: My seminar was held in phoenix convention center. It is a little difficul to hangout with friends who stay in that area.

Cons: No complaints from me.

Cons: Whatever products they use to clean the room left it smelling aa little...bitter, almost like vvinegar but I sprayed some perfume to mask it and it was fine.

Cons: Staff was super nice, polite and prompt to help.

Cons: First floor room.

Cons: Only one accessible and working electrical socket in the room. Had to unplug desk lamp to charge phone. Excessive walking from parking lot to wing of hotel

Cons: The TV reception and the wifi were terrible. When I notified the staff they said the problems were throughout the hotel and it happened at various times during my stay.

Cons: carpets are old, furniture is old, its just old and tired and needs to be renovated. The room was very clean and they do a good job keeping it up but management needs to get rid of the old furniture and televisions.

Cons: Dated, could use new carpet especially.

Cons: The thing that bugged me the most about this place is that there was a huge party on the hotel grounds outside right under our window on our last night there. The music was so loud, we couldn't possibly drown it out with our TV volume and there was no possible way to actually try to go to sleep. It lasted at least until midnight, and, even though I often am up well past midnight myself on a Saturday night when at home, I needed to get up early to get family to the airport that following Sunday morning. Seems like everyone in my party had a terrible night's sleep, regardless of which side of the hotel their room was on. Unbelievable that management sanctioned such an event outside at night without thinking of the consequences of how it would affect the people staying there that night! And, what's worse was that when I approached the front desk about it at checkout the next day, theyoung lady said, "We don't usually have that happen..." Yeah, no kidding! If they did, no one would ever stay there on a Saturday night!! How about a little compensation for our inconvenience? Nope. Can't do it because we booked our room through KAYAK. What? Crazy... The bed was terrible. One side sunk in practically to the box frame. If they were adjustable mattresses, we didn't know it. No controls visible on either nightstand nor were there any placards indicating that the bed could be adjusted and that the controls were available in the nightstand drawer or on the side of the box frame or wherever...

Cons: Parking garage and common area carpeting were dirty.

Cons: Could improve parking.

Cons: no pool towels. not exactly a great neighborhood - adult store across the street. housekeeping woke us up at 8am to ask when we were leaving.

Cons: Room was a huge pit, staff was not great.

Cons: Most uncomfortable bed ever. And no fridge in the room.

Cons: My room wasn’t clean when I arrived. The bed was a mess. Towels were piled in the bath tub. I told housekeeping but they didn’t seem that interested. The bed was a Sleep Number but didn’t work. Hard as a rock.

Cons: Was told we had till 10:30am for breakfast and by 956 they were closing it up.

Cons: Leaking ice machine on third floor

Cons: Food, room smelled like mold, old outdated room except for TV, Ac not blowing enough to cool room. One pool not working, dirty.

Cons: Pool was not heated at the time due to repairs being made...hence the low nightly rate.

Cons: The mattress was bad (broken sleep number), the check-in staff was rude, more focused on conversing with coworkers than helping. Room was small for the price. Air conditioner was loud. Hard to find location.

Cons: Toilet clog and no bell serviceservices

Cons: Noise level. Loud elevator. Also very low water pressure in bathroom sink. Not as nice as other Wyndham hotel we had stayed at. Our room's refrigerator was missing.

Cons: Noise! Hallway noise BIG TIME

Cons: Shower had moldy caulking. Needs redone

Cons: First there is an early check in fee, and their standard checkin time is 3pm, not 10 to 11am like most other places. Second when I got there to check in, a lady was complaining about the call she got charging her for dirty towels. She said she used the towels to clean her feet and the floor. When I got up to my room, I found a filthy bathroom floor stains on the comforter and headboard. I asked for another room. That room too had crumbs on the floor and a gross bathroom etc. The staff weren't even apologetic. Literally the manager had to advise the front desk staff that housekeeping needs to be made aware of these issues. So full on lack of competence from the staff... Just, avoid this place.

Cons: One of the clerks at check in could have smiled. She was like robot. The others were more friendly looking. Other than that everythng was fine. Pool and jacuzzi looked a little unclean but it was because it was a windy day and leaves from the trees kept falling on them. But i really liked the location. The set up. The towel service. Thanks :)

Cons: The location is terrible. The parking structure you have to park in is abismal. There's no access from the structure to the hotel. And it's not very well-lit, so walking through it alone at night was unnerving. In the morning I called down for room service, and the phone was answered by a very clearly exasperated man that said, "Restaurant, can you hold??" Five minutes later I asked if I could order some breakfast to which he rudely responded, "Yeah but it's gonna be like 40 minutes wait!" I told him that would be okay. He sighed heavily and said, "Alright. What do you want?" Having worked in customer service for many years, I was surprised and disappointed. I've always had such wonderful experiences at the Holiday Inn, but this was by far my worst hotel experience to date.

Cons: Pool closed at 10, hot tub didnt have enough water, and it wasnt very hot. Parking is very limited and most have to end up parking in another parking garage, which is free, but inconvenient. Breakfast isnt included in price of room.

Cons: The hotel need to be remodeled. The tub and toilet seat was peeling. The elevators were extremely dirty. The wakl from the parking garage to the hotel is a little scary at night, since you have to pass dumpsters.

Cons: The hotel looked a bit old, out room was on the first floor and felt like it lacked a bit of privacy

Cons: Front desk and breakfast staff were not on the same page about whether the breakfast was included in the room cost. I was shocked to get a bill for breakfast.

Cons: I was first given an unmade room. Then I was moved to the top floor with exceedingly loud ac.

Cons: The cleaning staff was very rude. Mainly an older looking Hispanic lady. They are selling drugs on the 4th and 5th floor. They even offered to sell me some on the elevator. Both floors have a huge marihuana smell. I told the front desk but it looks like they're in with them because nothing was done about it. don't take your family and just watch yourself. This is a 100% real comment by a real person!

Cons: had to go downstairs twice because the key didn't work. the staff was unable to explain how to get to the hotel from the airport, they just said get a taxi. although public light rail was only a block away. there was vomit stains on the duvet the sink was plugged up the aircon was very loud
