Everything was exemplary
From check in to check out everything was smooth and fast. Always love a Starwood property. Also, the hotel wasn’t full so an upgrade was in order. Nice quiet room.
Amazing room and service
The room and hotel are beautiful. We had a beautiful view of the city and Yerba Buena Gardens. The service is impeccable. Very comfortable bed and quiet rooms.
Service was excellent. Room service perfect. Bar outstanding. Concierge service spot on.
good fittings and decor
People extremely helpful
room service wasn't up to par, maybe because it was Valentines weekend.

Guests can order room service around the clock. There is also a Grill restaurant within the hotel. The food is traditional California food with modern influences.
