Cons: I had to wait at the bar for a few minutes because no one was there.

Cons: The lobby was clean and nice.... But the fragrance from some sort of deodorizer was obnoxiously strong smelt an Abercrombie & Fitch store. If your sensitive to fragrance avoid the lobby. Our room was also strong smelling but we opened window and it was fine in just a little while.

Cons: Receptiontionist was not friendly at all and wasn't clear with information about check in or check out.

Cons: There are not a lot of dining choices near by, but it gave me an excuse to explore the city. I found some great restaurants about ten minutes away.

Cons: Occasional outbound flights through night. I didn't hear them, and usually don't, but my wife woke up. There was a spider in the shower and another near the desk. Outside that, the carpet, linen, and furniture was new and clean.

Cons: The outside of the building looks more like a motel and the carpets looks old. In my first room, the AC was broken and it was 80F. They moved me to another room the next day just under the construction. The renovation was going from 8:30am until 6pm weekend included. Add the noise of the airplanes taking off, this hotel was the noisiest place I ever stayed. The hotel is directly under one of the runaway of San Jose airport and not next to it so the noise is higher than any airport hotel I stayed in the past. The food was terrible. I ate outside after my first breakfast there. There is no restaurant on-site or nearby. Their parking shares the parking of a fastfood but I don't call this a restaurant to eat. The neigborough was really not nice (industrial looking). I would never come back here.

Cons: Our room had bits of food on the floor and someone else's sock- hadn't been vacuumed or cared for. The door had clearly been forced open previously and didn't fully close. Pool was inheated and unusable in April.

Cons: There was a cleaning spray left by staff near the coffee maker. There was also a safe in the room but wasn't reset so it's stuck in lock position. It would be nice if the safe was already reset for the next occupant instead of having us call them to do it.

Cons: Everything needs improvement. Room had bad smell. It felt someone urinated on the carpet. Room is humid even with AC on, Lighting is very poor.

Cons: Maybe just an update especially in the hallways showing it's age and ware and tear. But still a great place to stay.

Cons: I had to wait from 1pm until 4:30pm in the lobby for my room to be ready. About 7 other people arrived around 3 and also had to wait/sleep in the lobby until rooms were available. Also I travel for business so I need a receipt to turn in. It's been 9 days, several emails later and still no receipt. Good price for the location but not worth the hassle.

Cons: We reserve the room via internet for valentines day my husband and i. We paid with my bank card. When we got to the Hotel, the front desk lady named Amber asked for my name and she asked me for a credit card to keep and i know thats what all hotels do I've stayed in others before, soni hand her my bank card and told her the was the only visa card I carry, she immediately returned my card and said sorry but i need a different card, in a very rude way and didnt even look me in the eye. I explain to her i had reserved the room via internet and that the room was already paid and my husband and i came all the way from Salinas. She said there was nothing she can do that she couldnt accept my bank card. And i told her that I understand what she was telling me but if i knew she needed a different credit card in the first place, if when i made the reservation they made it clear i was going to need that i would have never reserve a room with them. At the and she took my card with no problem of course, but she was very unprofessional and rude. She made my husband and my self very uncomfortable. We paid around $136.00 for the night and at this moment my bank statements shows a $50 charge from them, i called to see what happend and inresived no help. I have to go personally tomorrow from Salinas to San Jose. Very unpleasant moment with Wyndham Gardens Hotel.

Cons: The parking was bad drove around for about 20 minutes to find parking very disappointed over all it nice place.

Cons: We have stayed at Wyndham Waikiki before. Nothing compared to that. We were only there to crash but it was an upgraded motel. Thin walls, housekeeping knocking on doors in am. Only savior = bed was comfy

Cons: There was multiple things I did not like. For starts, the first room 193 I was assign too smell. The sewer smell was very strong and there was bed bug. Keep in mind I was there for 10 minutes. Secondly, I moved rooms (142) and that room had the same problem. Huge bed bugs. It was disgusting. Called the front desk and sent security guard, for what? To check the room. We got our belongings and we to the front desk. I demanded my money back they give me trouble bc their manager was on call. Finally after an hour I got money back, partial btw. I had to look for a room at 1am, driving around the city to find one. It was not a magical experience. It was awful and I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: Very expensive ($250) for one night. This was not the rate I had paid in the past and I feel that they take advantage of the fact that they are near the airport. It is an older motel set up. Not worth the price in and of itself.

Cons: The stairwells were not planned well. Access to parking was a bit of a hassle due to the need to cut through planters for the most direct route to the stairs. Also the older wiring and conduit was not well camouflaged and could use some attention. Also it is a drive in drive out property. You probably will not go for a walk around the neighborhood. But the courtyard is spacious and the pool looked well maintained and clean. Many families were enjoying the area during my visit.

Cons: The sign in the lobby promoting free coffee until 11:00am was misleading. The urn wasn't refilled after 9:30 am. I was directed to the resturant and their server wasn't pleased that I asked for coffee 2 days in a row. The front desk personnel appeared indifferent to fulfilling a reasonable request by one of their customers.
