Pros: There for a business conference. Very good gym. 20 minute walk to the Bund along Nanjing Street, a no cars shopping shopping mall that goes on for blocks. Overall, an excellent hotel and I would stay there again.
Cons: Last couple of nights the temp control in the room was not working as effective as it should.

Pros: We booked an executive suite with access to the lounge. All was fantastic. We had breakfast at the lounge and it was very comfortable. The location can’t be better!
Cons: Concierge team is not the most customer service oriented. They were not responsive and inpatient.

Pros: Please Google "Shanghai Scam" if you are visiting. Location of hotel was good. It's one block from a major pedestrian shopping mall and you can easily walk to the river or to the square. The hotel room we got was a king and was really nice. It had a huge room and the bathroom was really nice also.
Cons: The A/C in our room didn't work. We notified reception and they sent an engineer to fix it and it worked for 36 or so hours after that and then blew warm air again. The reception staff said all the rooms A/C are bad and there was no point in moving us to another room. She said it's because the A/C units are old and the outside air is too warm to cool.

Pros: Convinient hotel with good facilities. Unfortunately I got a room change due to fullybooked and did got the room I actually payed for.
Cons: The room change to 2 single beds which is smaller than a king sizw bed.

Pros: The location of the hotel makes it easy to access to nearby restaurant and shopping malls. I appreciate that the front desk staff agreed to give me a higher-floor room.
Cons: Waited way too long for checking out --- should have more staff at peak hours. Had to do printing at the hotel and cost was almost one dollar per sheet. The price was ok and I understand that different hotels have different policies and amenities but it would have been a nice gesture for the hotel to offer complimentary printing, like the Hilton hotels I have stayed.

Cons: Been return guest I feel that staff was careless from Front desk arrival to front desk departure. Room was very unwelcome. Change to a room that fridge door snap out of the hatch. Windows were super dirty that it was a shame curtains wete "motel 6 quality. Dirty and missing hooks.

Pros: For a little over $100 per night this hotel is very nice. I'm surprised there's an even more upscale sister hotel Grand Central next door! The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The location is excellent, 3 blocks from the Metro 2 stop and right behind the famous walking street.
Cons: The staff is not the most friendly and they were doing construction in a room close by which caused quite a bit of noise early in the morning and the water in our room was shut off for half a day. With that in mind we should have gotten a price reduction on the room for the inconvenience.
The Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Hotel (Air China Limited) is located inside the Terminal 2 of Hongqiao International Airport. Its the only luxurious hotel which provides exclusive boarding channel at the lobby in China. A corridor is connected directly to the terminal building. Please process check-in at least 30 minutes in advance. The hotel location is richly endowed by nature, enjoy the convenience of Hongqiao business district, nearby Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai International Exhibition Centre, THE HUB (Opened in 2014). Business guests may get to airport, railway station on feet, and save guests\' precious time by reaching most big cities in China, taking airplanes or high-speed rails.

Cons: you should ask for a room not facing the airport, since it is very noise and the rooms are not well isolated. Another problem is that some rooms that arent smoking rooms still have a very strong smell of smoke

Cons: Didnt know that there was a south and north building. Would be good if the booking confirmation can show the exact building. Tried to contact hotel via agoda app but no response received.
