After going back and forth with the airline, they never reimbursed the airline tickets. Went around asking multiple people how to get reimbursed and kept getting put back, not satisfied with their customer service.

Excellent service. departed on time, and arrived ahead of schedule. The whole restrictions around no food/drink is a bit weird even with Covid. Also, no mobiles and iPad use during takeoff and landing is very 2006!

Pros: The snacks were nice and the crew was nice

Pros: Flight attendant service is spot on, quick and most of all, very friendly!!

Cons: For a 1 hour flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, they served a delicious meal and hot beverages. Great seats in business class. Nice Thai lounge in Chiang Mai airport. Would definitely fly Thai Airlines again!
