Cons: I booked 3 nights and ended canceling everything the moment I had a look at the room I was supposed to stay in. Very old uncomfortable furniture, old structure with no effort to modernize or upgrade. It’s looks more of a complex with shops catered for seniors than anything else. I was happy to be charged €50 cancellation fee than stay and feel miserable for 3 nights. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online.

Cons: Double bed room was made with 2 twin beds together. Totally uncomfertable.There were ants in the room. House keeping sprayed the room against Ants 2times. Apart from this staff was cooperative. location &breakfast is excellant..

Cons: When you pay certain amount for a room, you expect basic services to be included - like beach towels- and here you have to pay a deposit for every single additional thing which makes it feel just tacky

Cons: the reception was very slow and understaffed at times

Cons: The bed, while very much appreciated king size, the mattress could have been a little thicker and softer and the pillows a little more fluffier.

Cons: Free wifi in lobby was so slow I was not even tempted to pay to use it in my room. After long layovers better arriving, all I wanted was to soak in a hot bath. Hotel has showers in rooms. Food varies from excellent to British.

Cons: Our stay in this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel is dated and needs a comprehensive upgrade. The first night until 2:30 they were busy with a door repair; very noisy and we couldn't sleep! there is a free WiFi but most of time it's not working or it's extremely slow. Our booking was a half board (breakfast and dinner). The First day the dinner was cold and tasteless and completely waste of money. The second night the dinner was the same!. In general most of personnel are rude with very impolite behavior! The third night like the other nights we went for an orange juice but one of workers almost attacked us and grabbed the glasses in very unpleasant way and asked us to pay for the juice!!!. When I spoke to the manager surprisingly his concern was only that the juice and behavior of the workers was not important to him!!!. Next day I discussed with the manager about employees and just guess what; he and nobody else were unaware that somebody was busy with a door repair till 2:30 am!! (so nobody was trying to breaking in a room? they didn't know! how come we could feel safe there?). In general if you're looking for your worst hotel experience, impolite behaviors، awful services, no internet, wasting your money book this hotel.
