Cons:
They were unable to provide me with a car. And there is no way to contact them to get refunded, no one ever answers the phone or the chat is always « unavailable at this time » Worst car rental company I’ve dealt with so far. I strongly discourage anyone to use them.Hertz

Cons:
I got a flat tire on the highway 15 min after picking up the car and none of the hertz assistance numbers would allow me to speak with a human. It took friends of mine calling in their native language to light a fire to actually send help. Hertz is happy to charge me for that though.10.0 Wonderful
