I was purchased a flight, that was not actually existing.Pros: Seats on the plane were comfortable.Cons: We booked a flight for 8:00 am. We got to the airport 3 hours before the flight. The security did not let us through to check in the luggage. We were kept not knowing what was going on until 7:30. We were worried to miss the flight. In the meantime we tried to find out what happened ASKY was pushing the blame on AirBurkina and AirBurkina was pushing the blame on ASKY. Basically the flight at 8:00 was not existing and we flew at 17:00. We did not get any recompense, had to stay in the airport for so many hours and could not even leave the luggage as there is no such facility.

Pros: Clean, comfortable aircraft. I noticed the economy seats were the same size as the First Class seats. The meal was actually good!Cons: The computer was down at check-in, which held up processing and meant no luggage tags. Fortunately, that was not checked at the destination.
Pros: Stayed on the plane for the flight to Lomé. Smooth transition for new passengers and clear instructions for passengers remaining on the plane. Clean-up crew went through the cabin removing all trash in the pockets and on the seats and floor. Even seatbelts were arranged.
