Pros:Excellent Staff on board, comfortable seats, very good food
Cons:Staff at the orly check in desk were as unhelpfull and unfriendly as possible, luckily the airline crew helped us to accommodate my 83 y/o mother to a more adequat seat

Pros:The ground staff speak very little english,at first they could not find my reservation and took almost 1/2h just to retrieve bookings. Other than that great experiences.

Cons:The airline canceled the original flight. They then rescheduled the flight to a date and time that I could not accept. I called and notified the travel agency and was first told I'd be refunded but then received another reschedule notice. That flight was also eventually canceled. The airline rescheduled me to another flight ( number 3 at this point) which I clearly told them, over there phone, twice, that I could not accept. I was told they would check with the airline to see if I could have a refund. I later received an email that said I would not get a refund for lack of communicating that I would not accept the rescheduled flight. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Worst travel related experience I've had with an airline and travel agency.
