If you have never tried it, definitely use this airline! They operate small aircraft with open cabins so you can see the pilots fly. The seats are also very comfortable and there is plenty of seating room for even the tallest people.

Pros: Stayed low, 8000-9000 feet so the view was good. Checked bag STL->ORD came out quickly.
Cons: No TSAPreChek. That means full search for me since I fail metal detectors. No prob in STL, went quick with XRay. At Decatur had to leave plane and reboard to continue flight to Chicago. TSA search at Decatur was intimate.review from

Long delays seem like the norm
Pros: The flight was smooth and the pilot did a fly by of the Chicago skyline, it was beautiful!
Cons: We were delayed 4 hours for what would have been a four hour drive (St. Louis to Chicago), and it seemed far more like the norm than the exception. They offered is vouchers for next time, but I didn't even call to claim it, next time I will rent a car or take the bus.review from

It was like a bad roller coaster ride
Pros: Easy check in, helpful crew members.
Cons: The approach to landing was so bumpy on both flights were so bad, I was so tense as the aircraft wavered, that I'll need to see a chiropractor when I return home. We wondered how many hours the pilot actually had logged in- My husband felt so badly that he cancelled my flight & booked a flight on Another airline so the return flight wouldn't further hurt my neck & back.review from
