Pros:On time. Friendly crew. Relatively new tidy Embraer aircraft. Catering included wine in economy, although this was a short-haul flight.
Cons:Bus boarding in Vienna added some inconvenience, but still ok.

Cons:They would not let me board the plane because the flights to get to mink, Belarus had a change of plane in Moscow. They demanded that I have a Russian visa. I explained repeatedly that I am only transiting through Moscow and am not leaving the secured airport area. Still, they did not allow me to board the plane. I had to cancel the flight and buy a new ticket from a different airline that did not transit through Moscow. Kayak and Belavia must tell the passenger prior to ticket purchase that if the flight goes out trough Moscow a Russian visa is required. in my case, they never told me this until I arrived in the airport to board the plane. A terrible experience.
