Unreliable flight schedules and bad Customer Service

Cons: Amazonas canceled our flight and re-booked us on a flight 2 days later. It was impossible for us to take that other flight because we would miss you final flight back to the states. They were not helpful at all and did not give us a refund.

Pros: It was a short flight

Cons: It was super hot on the plan, the AC wasn’t working

What a bad experience

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: 2 bad flights with this company in only 3 days. The flight Asuncion SantaCruz arrived with 7 hours delay because of a technicsl problem (it was a 90 minutes flight) The flight Santa Cruz to Asuncion took off and when back after 1 hour flight because of crash window in the cockpit. I think this is not a matter of bad luck but a problem of lack of respect of maintenance procedure... Wont fly with them ever again.

Confusion and discomfort

Pros: The crew is always very polite.

Cons: My ticket said Gate 8. When I went to Gate 8, it stairway walking down was closed off, so I went to the info screens. It said Gate 5--no big deal, so I just waited there. And waited. I double checked the screens, waiting. Finally it was about 15 minutes to takeoff and few people are there. I run back to Gate 8 (despite the monitors), and almost everyone is boarding. Their planes are so damn hot for the first 30 to 45 minutes. They make no effort to keep them cool before boarding, and since they never have more than two bottles of water for the cabin, you can't even but any.

Pros: The woman at the check in counter was amazing. She saved us from missing our connecting flight. Unfortunately, the boarding process was horrible and took a very long time.

Cons: I had my web checkin done and at bagdrop without explanation the woman at the booth changed me from aisle 2nd raw to one before emergency exit stiff and hiper uncomfortable steat

Amazonia needs more work

Pros: made it there safely

Cons: The booking agency increased the price of the ticket 36hrs after i order my ticket. After wasting 2 hours with VAYANA on the phone calling internationally, they agreed to deduct 50% on the additional increase. Which is not fair considering we book the ticket and never got an official notice within the 24hr window.
