Cons: Nothing to complain about, and I am one who tends to complain when the opportunity truly presents itself. I have moved over to Avianca as my primary airline in Brazil, which amounts to 8 or 10 flights per year.review from

Pros: They are, so far, great in terms of friendliness, efficiency, and looking to my needs, whatever that tends to be. I fly a lot in many countries. Avianca has become my 'go to' airline in Brazil, even though I have many choices there.

Flight didn’t exist
Pros: Kayak sold me a 10am ticket (GRU - JPA) on Oct 21st 2018 that didn’t exist. Avianca Airlines flight was 9am. I got shocked when I tried to check in at the airport, and they said the check I was closed and the flight was about to take off. Later checking directly to Avianca website.
Cons: I might still search through Kayak for general search (like Skyscanner) But I will never purchase through kayak again. I will only purchase directly through the airline website.review from
