Cons:

I booked a rental car with AVIS in India( Bangalore Airport) . Neither they delivered the car nor they informed that they are unable to deliver the car. It is purely a fraud service . They have no office or responsible person. All they have is a call centre in Delhi that can not help you in any way It was a humiliating experience to wait in the airport for more than 2 hours and realize that I was cheated..... No response for the complaint launched in AVIS India and US office
