Pros:
I didn't like anything about this rental. I thought booking online will not only make things easier for me but also allow me to get a better rate, wrong! After contacting Avis office in Kinshasa, I was told they do not take into consideration booking made online because there are many other factors that need to be taken into consideration such as they don't rent without a driver, the actual rate etc...in the end, they offered an alternative solution with a higher rate but I was no longer interested.Cons:
Same as above. I didn't like everything about this experience and I do not think I will ever book Avis vehicle online for Kinshasa office. I would suggested that Avos coordinate with its office in Kinshasa to include all necessary information required for customers to be able to book online and paid what they book when getting the car.Shouqi
