Pros: I stayed awake my first night there cause the guest in the room next to me was having a party; that's how thin the walls are. There were no bottled water available for the guests. After I left, the hotel charged and accused me of stealing a clock from the room. I have no way of defending myself, since I was a guest occupying one of their rooms and they had my credit card info. I feel like I walked into a trap. The staff could've stolen the item and easily pass the blame on the guests. It's that easy and simple. I've never stayed in such a nightmarish hotel. Never again.

Pros: Close to Brooklyn bride and park. Parking was easily available.
Cons: Room was small but that's expected in Brooklyn area.
Good7.4
Pros: The woman who staffed the desk was not friendly or hospitible nor did she provide an acceptable level of customer service. Hospitality is not her gift. The male staff was most pleasant and provided excellent customer service and hospitality. The cab drivers stationed at the hotel were wonderful, friendly, helpful and most accomodating. They really did help us with our difficult schedules.
Cons: The woman at the desk was not helpful and did not think to provide hospitality or welcome. She ignored people that came in the door. When I inadvertantly left my phone in the lobby and went down to retrieve it, rather than returning the phone in a friendly manner she curtly lectured me. As a paying guest of the hotel, I would expect at least a civil tone. As a paying guest of the hotel and as a person older than her I would have expected at least a civil tone, but the woman's tone and her demeanor was not civil. she acted like she was going to penalize me and keep my phone. I was offended.

Pros: Nice Breakfast and staff, and location.
Cons: No microwave or fridge in room, small gym.
