Cons: When I first arrived, the man at the front (middle aged white guy) was assisting a couple in front of me with checking in and he was very pleasant. When it was my turn to check in however, he immediately started stressing the importance of not smoking in the room and all the consequences that would come with it (none of which he said to the white couple before me (I’m a young black woman)). He also did not mention the $40 hold that would be put on my debit card for the stay and then rushed me off. I have never felt so disrespected at a RL hotel before. The room also had hair from the previous guests in the bed. It was overall a very dissatisfying stay.

Pros: The bathroom was spacious and clean
Cons: The service. Staff not very helpful and available. The hallway smelled very badly upon arrival and they had to spray it. The room wasn’t designed well, the lighting wasn’t good.

Pros: Love the common sense check-in, big sink space in the bathroom to put toiletries and railings on the wall for your phone.

Pros: The room was very nice and the hotel appeared very clean. It was quiet even though the subway ran right in front of our floor. The staff was more than helpful and they were very friendly and personable.
Cons: If weed isn’t your thing, then be prepared for the smell to be in everything you own. The beds could be a little more comfortable but for the price we paid, it was just fine for our stay

Pros: The rooms are spacious, with a great shower and amenities. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel, and the continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. I hope that they can continue to offer what they do at the prices that they are charging. I travel for business a lot and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Pros: Hotel is stunning. Looks like a hotel from South Beach, Miami. Great luxury features and great staff.
Cons: Continental breakfast was below average. Only bagels and pastries really. The location was horrible. Right in front of a train station. Heard the train, police sirens, people on the street ALL night and ALL day. It’s as if the walls were paper thin

Pros: The building itself has a beautiful front face. The perfect balance between modern and vintage. The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean. The shower feels amazing. When we needed anything the front desk was always able to help.

Pros: The room itself was clean however there was a weird smell in the bathroom? The room was small but for a quick overnight trip in the area not that bad.
Cons: Location is worrisome. The front of the hotel is on a major road and there is no parking so you are on your own to find some to include parking in a residential area.
