Pros: Friendly staff. Helpful. Car was clean and in good shape.
Cons: Had to pick up the car at the airport and pay for a taxi to get there. Budget was not able to pick us up at our hotel and or deliver the car to us at the hotel, which they've done in the past.
Pros: NIce reasonable rental
Cons: They didn’t bring the car we reserved, a standard transmission pickup instead of an automatic small car. We had to get back on Sunday for return check because our flight was early on Monday morning but we haven’t been noticed when we reserved. The car was not full of gaz (1/2) so it’s hard to bring it back the same way. The gaz gage isn’t working propely, we putted more then 10 liters and the gage didn’t show a difference. The day after it shows more...
Car rental in Bonaire
Pros: Quick service and Nice SUV . Car was pretty new , driving was really comfortable .
Cons: Too early in the morning to have someone at the office for drip off
Everything is additional
Pros: Convenient to the airport.
Cons: Grumpy people serving you from behind a window with 5 tiny holes, what is the matter with servicing people face to face. Every sort of protection for the rental was a threatening extra. They even warned us to wash the vehicle prior to return or there would be extra charges applied.
Cons: They didn't honor the priceline quote.
Pros: Good service, quick service
Cons: Not much. Rented a santa fe online for 110 dollars. When arrived received a hyundai creta which is 2 scales less luxurious and 2 scales smaller then the santa fe. Had to pay 17 dollars extra insurance per day or reserve will increase from 500 to 1000$. Car was dirty with sand on the inside. The company does not even have santa fe or similar in their fleet so how can it be offered online? The biggest car is a creta.
Car wouldn't start. Got blamed for it.
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: When we got the car we noticed it had a little trouble turning over, like as if it had been sitting for a while. We thought that maybe after running it for a bit that the battery would charge up. Also the immobilizer wasn't working properly so we had to hope that the receiver would register it and start the car. Note that there were TWO different operational issues with the car, not just one. We decided to put up with it because we didn't want to waste our precious vacation time taking the car back to the airport to exchange it. Well on day 3 the car finally died and refused to start. It happened while touring through the donkey sanctuary. The battery finally gave up. Fortunately we knew how to pop start a car (it was manual transmission) and took the car back to Budget immediately. Upon our return they refused to believe that the car wouldn't start. So after two different people came out to try to start it they said they didn't have any other cars. It okay. I firmly stated that we could not and would not take the same car back. Amazingly the guy said he had another car. It was at this point they told me they would charge me for gas and that I shouldn't have taken the immobilizer that is attached to the keys swimming. Okay first of all, I never take anything into the water with me. We always leave one person on the beach to watch our stuff specifically so we don't have to carry stuff into the water. Second, how on earth was I supposed to stop for gas if the car wouldn't start up again? Third, this was my vacation time that was being wasted dealing with this car. Eventually they gave us a dirty car and told us to bring it back with the fuel at the same level as the first car when we got it. But hey, it started and ran. We paid full price for the car even though we had to return to the airport to exchange it and were given a hard time by the staff telling us it was our fault.
Smooth and easy
Pros: It all went really well. Thanks for making it effortless.
Cons: The typical; extra cost for insurance.
Pros: Very nice service. The car was a definite asset on the island.
Pros: Car was fine performance wise, but exterior wasnT cleaned
Pros: Did not like: Received the car with an odd quantity of fuel, was hard to know how much to put in to get it back to that mark. Had to pay $40 for a quarter tank basically, which is easily how much it costs to fill up the entire tank. Annoying. The local phone number is the office, which is not near the actual pick up. It was closed so the outgoing mag should have told me that to reach the office where the cars are, call this number. There was no way to contact them in this scenario.
