Got SCREWED - Don't rely on Budget Car Rental.Cons:Our flight was delayed from LA to Brazil. When we got to the rental car desk late they had canceled our reservation. Lucky for us the rental car kiosk Localiza, next to Budget, was open and matched the Budget price.Reviewed 2017 Jan 03

Pros:It was a good value for the money. The car was a good carCons:It was the worse experience because I was 120 miles from the office when my car broke down and nobody in the 24 hours office answered the phone. The phone number for emergency also does not work. I needed another car and I had to drive back to Rio to get one. I lost one day dealing with this problem. Even if it is good value for the money I would never rent from them again.Reviewed 2016 Nov 04

The worstPros:Never received a car from this rental place.Cons:Nothing, I never took the car out but Avis/Buget took my money. I ended up using taxi and uber my whole trip. Then when I got back home they charged my credit card for a car I never received. I called Avis/Buget which told me there is nothing they can do cause the facility in Brazil is independently owned. I'm not disputing it with the credit card company. So be careful when you rent from them.Reviewed 2016 Jul 15
