great rentalPros:The facility is at the airport itself, and very convenient. There is a gas station about 1 or 2 km from the airport as well.Cons:Their computer was very slow when we picked up the car. It dropped all our information 3x as we were checking in. He apologized, but said it happened frequently. He had to reload our address and passport multiple times. It wasn't busy, so wasn't that big of a deal. If it was busy like a Monday morning, the line would be rather long.Reviewed 2017 Dec 09

Good car but too expensive and very pushy desk representetivePros:The car was in good condition, featured with Diesel engine, built in nav system and other perks. The process of pickup/drop off was reasonably executed.Cons:The price is very high for the compact car. Desk representative was trying very aggressively to push for GPS/Upgrade/Insurance, when I've got a car, I found that almost everything was already there, so no need for upgrade in the first place.Reviewed 2017 Jun 02

Outdated computer systemPros:Car was a great upgrade. Very happy with the condition of it.Cons:I was picking up in Brussels and dropping off in Munchen. The Budget computer system is NOT designed to handle drop-offs in other countries. So, they had to re-book it with a fake drop-off in Brussels in order to bypass the system. It took a long time to get it set up even though I walked up with my reservation info in hand. I was told that my cost would be my original booking cost.Reviewed 2016 Oct 17

Good rental for a fair pricePros:After doing the paperwork the car was easy to pick up. No problems for the 2 weeks I had it. Turn in was easy and quick.Cons:Agent renting the car was inexperienced. Hardly spoke any English but you cannot expect too much. The Brussels airport is a maze to navigate but that isn't the rental agency.Reviewed 2016 Oct 07

Insurance costs were ridiculousCons:Insurance costs were ridiculous, plus need to upgrade for automatic, then upgrade for GPS. $100+ per day for a tiny car that could not hold our 2 suitcases in the back. Had to leave one on the back seat. No indication of insurance costs at the time of booking. Too many extras and surprises.Reviewed 2016 May 09
