Cons:The car was old but ran well and was spacious
Cons:Price could have been lower. Staff could have had the vehicle in a location where I didn’t have to walk 5 minutes looking for the area the car was parked in.
Pros:Bottom line is the third party insurance I bought through KAYAK was not in the agreement at the airport, nor could I locate it on KAYAK emails or find a contact to answer the simple question if I had coverage on the reservation. I ended up purchasing both policies because I couldn’t find the 3rd party verification. I doubt I will ever buy insurance from KAYAK 3rd party again because of the inability to access help on a simple question when I needed it. Heaven forbid if I ever needed to collect on it.
Cons:All chargers should be printed on all documents and you should not have to go on a 20 minute scavenger hunt to find help.
Pros:Everything went as expected.

Cons:Vehicle had a loud tire roar and when I went to pick up they wouldn’t let me use the same card I paid with.

Cons:I needed an ice scraper during the rental and the car didn't come with one-- had to borrow one from the hotel and then purchase my own. My co-worker's rental the prior week came with one.

Cons:Requested a RAV4, received a much smaller vehicle. Was very uncomfortable but same price.
Pros:It was close to the terminal is all I can say in a positive manner.
Cons:No signs or people to tell you how to return the vehicle. We had no idea that we had to go inside the terminal. Very frustrating! The initial price was great, but then there were double the taxes and fees. To expensive, we will drive our own vehicle next time.
Pros:Check in crew very friendly, apologized for the dirty car.
Cons:No real direction on airport ground for car check in.

Cons:Everything about this rental was great except for the dropoff situation at Bentonvillle airport. There were no Thrifty signs directing you where to go and no Thrifty employee was there to meet you, as I'm used to at larger airports. I parked in a Thrifty space and brought my keys inside to the rental counter, where the friendly employee helped check me back in. It all worked out in the end, but was way too confusing even for a pretty experienced traveler like myself (possibly for exactly that reason - it didn't work the same way it does at major airports).
Cons:Who knew that they do not accept debit cards for payment unless you have a "return flight ticket"? Really upset that I could not rent a car because I don't have a "credit" card. I guess my experience wasn't exactly "poor" it was non-existent!
Pros:Everyone was so prompt, kind, professional, and the car was a great one for the price that I paid! I wish that I had this sort of experience with every car rental company.

Cons:After checking in with the counter, there was no lot attendant and it was difficult finding the car, also no one there with check in and no instruction on how to proceed. Called call center and they were rude and not helpful at all. Pay a little more and get better service if that is important to you.

Pros:The friendliest staff I've ever encountered while renting a car. The cars have always operated well, no surprises on unpleasantries. The pickup process has been a little inconsistent, varying from Okay to Incredible.
Cons:I went to go get my car from the pickup lot and could not find it for a while. The lot had a non-sequential numbering system that made it difficult to find spot 46.
Pros:Sales pressure was a bit much

Cons:Upgraded our rental and did not charge drop fee as we were helping them relocate cars from airport to Fayetteville AR location.

Cons:The car could have been cleaner; it smelled of alcohol inside of it.

Cons:I know pickup was on July 4th. But was traveling from Missouri to Arkansas on that day. I did not receive a call or email from Avis stating that they would be closing early on the 4th. Otherwise I would have left MS earlier to make it to AVIS by noon. We called customer service to see if there was another pick up location that was open. It was at an airport 2 hrs away and they wanted to charge us $150 more. Thank goodness my flight was not until the afternoon on the 5th, which allowed me to pick it up early that morning before traveling to Oklahoma. I was not happy! CS was not helpful either as far as problem solving.

Cons:Hidden sales tax of 22.5%. Not in Kayak quote and according to my research not the law in Arkansas. Tried to resolve over the phone and Avis rep totally useless. Second bad experience in a row with Avis. Never again!

Cons:You get what you pay for, this was the cheapest car available, but it had nothing except air conditioning. It would have been great had the car had cruise control.

Cons:They have zero customer service skills. My reservation was for 9am. I got there at 8:45 and was told they had to "go get my car and it would be at a least 40 minute wait. It never mentioned I would need a major credit card if I didn't 0ass their credit check (that I didn't authorize). I drove out of my way to this place and it was all for nothing.
Pros:It was easy once it wasn't confusing.
Cons:It was confusing. Need better instructions as to what to do with the cars after entering the garage. Block ff the first couple of stalls with arrows pointing to where you want the cars during business hours.

To come to find out the car was reserved not at the airport like I requested, (I selected Fayettville Airport), but it was reserved one town over in the middle of nowhere, we had to take a $45 Cab, got there as they were closing, the lady said we had to have the ful coverage insurance that was an add-on of $32 a day, we were there for my Mother-in-law's funeral a d the car rental was one of the horrific experiences in traveling we have ever had. Just mad a hard time harder.
