Love the Jeep gladiator, definitely rent again. Pick up and drop off easy. Only disappointment was the tires were in really bad shape. The 11 days I drove it, it rained three days and I slid while putting on the brakes.

Upon getting to the budget counter and begin the rental papers with them, the price went from $149 for the weekend like kayak said to $376. Will never use either kayak or budget ever again.

This location has drop off where you just hand your key to an employee in the parking lot. They don't have one of those handheld devices to check you on or print a receipt. I got charged a full extra day because the guy waited 4hrs to officially check me in electronically. The time he had me returning the car was impossible...I had been on a plane for several hours already. I called after seeing my emailed receipt the next day. No answer or way to leave a message. Sent an email to that location and no response for couple days. Had to call Hertz main number for customer service and they had to call the location to help resolve it. Rentals should be convenient. My car was great, but the hassle afterwards made it a horrible experience with lots of wasted time and effort on my end. Wouldn't recommend renting from here. It's just not worth it, regardless of the rate they offer

I needed an ice scraper during the rental and the car didn't come with one-- had to borrow one from the hotel and then purchase my own. My co-worker's rental the prior week came with one.
