Cons: All was great! Professional service, excellent car. Very convenient. 11 euro taxi ride from bolzano station.

Friendly and easy to work withPros: Friendly staff and a nice clean location. Very helpful staff that spoke English well. The car was clean and they upgraded me with out me asking.Cons: A little tough to find per Google Maps so noting that it's part of the Auto dealer building would be helpful as well as better signage on the building.

Pros: The staff person was not friendly and not up to date with the resevation. As a result, we were downgraded but still charged the original rate. HOw does that sound to you? Is mediocer giving Hertz too much credit?Cons: We could have got the car we ordered and been treated better when we arrived. Obviously, the employee comes first and gets what he wants.

Pros: Nothing. Terrible serviceCons: They were closed when we went to pick up our car and there is absolutely nothing near the pick up location so we were stranded. We tried calling and got no reply.
