Pros:
I got a call before I even left home airport that there was not a car available for me due to overbooking. So I didn’t like anything about the experience. It was expensive to Uber. And not available at the times i needed. Manager offered to pay for some Uber trips. Really wrecked this trip. No other cars were available for less than $599/day.Cons:
They could have had a car for me since I made a reservation and counted on it. They should have gotten a car from competitor and paid for the difference in price.Ace
