I had never heard of Driving Force before, but my fiancé had smashed our car & I needed to find us something to rent quickly after the insurance cut off our rental car. The service was a great price, especially for my last minute booking, the car was clean & new and the employees were polite & friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their company.Cons:
The only negative part of the experience was that there was a tiny piece of glass on the floor in the back seat that hadn't been noticed before it was given to me. Other than that, the car had clearly just been detailed and cleaned very well.National

I feel that the booking online wasn’t clear. I thought the price I paid online was great, but when I showed up at the site, the insurance wasn’t included. (I thought I had paid for that online) There were people behind me and I didn’t have time then to check out other options, so I had to pay the current price they had for insurance, which pretty much doubled my price of the rental. So I wasn’t too pleased when I showed up to pick up the car and discovered my car rental cost pretty much doubled for the 5 days that I rented the car :(4.0 Mediocre

Price was not what we were quoted - we changed pickup locations and the price jumped from $199CDN for three days to $288CDN for three days, but we were not informed of this until we were nearly finished with check in. This is an egregious oversight. Also, windows were dirty inside (foot prints on the passenger side windshield...). Pickup took a long time as they were quite busy with only two people working the counter. Very unhappy with all of the above, especially the attitude of the counter clerk when I questioned the price. He pointed to the computer screen and said this is what the contract says. I pointed to my printout and said this is what my contract says. Eventually we gave in because we needed transportation and we had a wedding to get to. We feel cheated.9.6 Wonderful
