I was at Enterprise location half an hour before pickup time, Airport and office both were closed and no one Pickup the phone at Enterprise location phone number provided with booking detail. Talk to both Enterprise main customer service number too but they are also helpless only give me a complain escalation number 410239414. I was stranded at the around the Airport more half an hour and I left without car in winter storm. Worst experience in my life with KAYAK and enterprise both.Reviewed 2023 Jan 03

I booked from Kitchener airport pickup and drop off in Milton. I was called and told that Milton closes at 11 on Saturday and had to drop it off before then so I'm not charged an extra day. I wasn't able to make it by 11 and they charged me an extra day!Reviewed 2022 Feb 02

Refused to rent to me because I didn't live in the same townPros:I reserved a car. I had all the money available. I was willing to pay the deposit and drop it off exactly intact with all the necessary paperwork/information. This location refused to rent me a car because I didn't live in Guelph. If I lived in Guelph, why would I need to rent a car? Wouldn't it make sense to rent a car to LEAVE the town that you are capable of moving around in? I think that the representative available that day was discriminating against my appearance upon pickup. I was in the same office in person the day before to ensure that my paperwork would be approved. I took all the necessary steps to get out of an emergency situation and relied on this service. Instead, I was approved for a Uhaul, and even though I had to pay way more than my available budget to rent he Uhaul vehicle, they were reliable and available. The uhaul representative did EVERYTHING in their power to make sure that the vehicle was available. This Enterprise location refused to rent to me based on not living in the area, but if I was to truly look at the situation from my perspective, their representative judged me based on my appearance and severely effected my current situation . The company as a whole was represented by a situation such as this and I wouldn't hold my breath on trying for another rental.Cons:The customer service and reliability. After doing everything in my power to make sure I had the money and paperwork available, I was still turned away.Reviewed 2018 Oct 16
