I was moving so I had a lot of luggage, my Avis rep at check in got someone to drive me to the terminal and help with my bags. It would have been very difficult for me to manage this without this extra courtesy. I was very grateful for the excellent service I received!

We broke down in Kansas; we had 2 confirmations that were not to be when the Enterprise people would call and say “Sorry, but we do not have a car available.” We were stuck in Kansas for two extra days. It was such a nightmare trying to rent a car from them!
