Pros:
Staff very friendly. They could not speak English, and while I understand that it is not easy to make language proficiency a prerequisite for employment, this is a service that many foreigners use, and Portuguese is not spoken by many. But otherwise, the staff was very helpful.Cons:

My drive was postponed by about 45 minutes due to having to switch cars three times (couldn't find a car that would charge my phone). They offered an upgrade and said it would "only be $47 more", they failed to mention that was $47 each day. The car I did get had no windshield wiper fluid, had very low air pressure in the front tires, had something wrong with the front wheel, and had blown speakers. I brought the car back an hour and a half after my originally requested time (they didn't tell me that I needed to bring it back before the time I had requested as it is booked by 24hr. periods) and not only did they charge me for being 3 hours late, they also charged me an entire extra day for the upgrade, insurance, and the roadside assistance (that I never asked for).Alamo

a really good car for a good priceCons:
The customer service. because they did not speak english, and they did not try to undertand Spanish when we called to let them know that we would like to keep the car another day. additionally, the call was cut, and we tried to contact them again, but it was impossible.7.6 Good
