This is a great airline for what it is. You get 1 checked bag included per passenger and the space per seat is incredible. It’s an E135 aircraft that is configured to seat 50 people but they have removed 20 seats and only seat 30 so you have a ton of legroom. They are doing things right and have a great product for what it is. It’s not going to knock your socks off in experience overall but the plane, although dates, was nice and clean and the crew was great. The flights were on time and super efficient. Will travel them again. I am a frequent traveler on all the larger airlines and this was just as good as any regional carrier, if not better. I expect big things out of Contour in the years to come.

Pros: Nothing . Would never use them again!!
Cons: Showed up 40 min early as instructed and they closed the gate to get our boarding pass after their app to get electronic pass did not work . We had no check in luggage , just a backpack !! No customer service !!review from

Pros: The crew was VERY friendly and professional.
Cons: The plane smelled terrible. I could smell the lav. Once I smelled the lav, I questioned if they had sanitized the plane at all. Although the flight was very short (about 30 minutes), the smell was quite irritating. I believe that since the plane was sitting on the tarmac for a number of hours, it became hot and the lavatory’s smell became pungent. If not already a practice, I suggest closing the shades so that the temperature in the aircraft does not rise as much while it is sitting.review from

Pros: Clean airplane. Lots of room
Cons: Dont make me book it through orbitz. I hate everything about them - had to call them to get copy of receipt emailed to me, had to wait on hold for several minutes. Let me book through contour directlyreview from

Pros: Very spacious seats. I am 6'3" I always have issues with leg room. This was a small plan but I had enough room to full stretch my legs!!!! Also, the seats were comfortable too. Best part was the flight attended Erin, she was amazing. Super friendly.

Pros: Contour, though a small airline, does a great job on both ends of the flight — Tupelo and Nashville. The price is unbeatable and it's a much better option from Tupelo than taking the time to drive.
Cons: Oh, please don't change! Only suggestion is that in Nashville at the check-in desk, perhaps a sign that says "if you aren't checking bags, feel free to check-in online and proceed through security." Otherwise, folks may wait a bit before someone arrives at the desk.review from
