Find cheap flights on Czech Airlines

One of the luggages got damages in one of its corners. Probably need to buy a new one. Could not report it as the damage was found outside the airport.

Pros: Crew and c/i were kind

Cons: Boarding was disorganized and poorly managed. No sections no organization of luggage and storage etc

Cons: The flight was booked round trip and the experience coming back was terrible. The same standards were not applied. Serval passengers weren’t allowed to take small carryons that would fit under the seat. I paid for a seat and bag with my flight and was charged again leaving Prague. The online booking kept freezing and wouldn’t allow me to check in for my flight. So frustrating.

Pros: Nice crew

Cons: The plane should be heated before the passengers are boarded. Everybody stayed in all their layers until leaving the plane as it was very cold onboard the whole flight.

Cons: The seating place are really small. If you're tall it's painfully. The seats are short, no forehead. The boarding wasn’t well organized like with British Airways.

Cons: Flight was delayed for about an hour with apologies but without explanation. They tried to get us to check our baggage and we had to prove to them that the suitcases were the right size for the overhead bins even though others with similar bags didn’t have to

Cons: The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, I think it was a bit too much for the flight that it is itself less than two hours

Cons: We have been waiting for taking off more than one and half an hour in the board. Management should be better.
