I paid for a full to full vehicle. I was told at the desk they don’t offer this service and we needed to just return the car empty how we found It. This was disappointing, bearing in mind we don’t have any signal and couldn’t initially find a gas station, the counter staff couldn’t direct us to the nearest one.
Nothing. We need a vehicle that the passenger seats folded into the floor like a dodge caravan. We booke dodge caravan but the substituted Kia Carnival which did not meet our needs. They also refused to accept the insurance purchased through your site. Please make your customers aware of these failures.

Reserved a car online, went to the office, the staff told me casually "we have zero car", they said that office only has 4-5 cars, while that day they received 22 reservation from third party. they can't do anything. this place is really not responsible, and delayed my commitment. Never trust them! they not afford to provide a car on time.
I rented the car for over 2 months. I was the lone driver. These people will not let even my wife drive it. They said if my wife wants to drive, I have to pay an additional $13-$14 plus..... I think this is not fair.
