Car wasn’t ready at pick up time, had a flat tire soI Had To Bring The Car back after I filled the tire with air and found a babysitter (I told them I had a baby but they said it was up to me to bring back the car) it was an hour drive to and from Emterprise. Very DISAPPOINTED

The clerk was very pleasant helpful obviously I have an old car but he made it easy to understand all the new tech before I drove away. Upon return very pleasant. Vehicle was larger but very easy to drive. Fuel not bad. Felt safe in vehicle. In and out quick

Price was great! Car was nice and smooth. Car was not clean on the exterior upon pick up which was a surprise for a rental company! That could’ve been prevented prior to pickup

We arrived at the Calgary pick up location and was greeted by a courteous and friendly staff member. He set us up with a nice Chrysler Pacifica and got us on our way in record time. I would definitely recommend Hertz in the future.

The car we were provided was amazing! (They upgraded us to an SUV) It was so easy to pick up and drop off. The customer service was so good. Quick and painless. The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the vehicle. It had some crumbs on the seats and a spilled ice cream mark on the back seat. This has never happened before so I am assuming that they just had a ton of rentals back to back during the busy stampede week. Nothing that a quick vacuum before we left couldn't fix. 😁

The actual car was nice

Cons:

The car reaked of the guys cologne, it was also dirty when he gave it to us. The guy was not very friendly and when he dropped us off back at the airport, I had asked him if he could drop us near the taxi section and he dropped us off in a dead zone of the airport really far from the taxis with all our luggage and skis...
