Pros:Good Value. Car was decent.Cons:They don't inform you you need to contact them at the airport to request a shuttle. The only shuttles we found were pay shuttles. Also they seemed to know nothing about the car.Reviewed 2016 Jun 21

Great ServicePros:We received a brand new Nissan Armada with 5,500 miles on it. Great interior package with camera and sensors all around the vehicle. This SUV was able to handle the 4 of us and all our camping needs while we explored Banff National Park. The Bose speaker's were also a nice touch to have while we cruised along Rt. 1. The employees were courteous and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made a special note about the return time in order to not be charged an additional day. The shuttle driver was timely, polite and made a great cup of coffee before taking us all to airport for our departure.Reviewed 2017 Aug 29

Cons:Driving Force is listed as an on-airport pickup. In reality, the office is 15-20 minutes away. In order to get your car, you have to 1. Find your way to a weird pickup slot 2. Call the office 3. Wait 20 minutes to be picked up 4. Drive 20 minutes back to the office It adds at least an hour to the entire pickup process and significantly adds to the stress of a trip. The car was fine and the staff was lovely, but it seems extremely sketchy that this is listed as an on-site pickup when it is obviously, patently not!Reviewed 2017 Feb 18

Off airport a hassle.Pros:The service was nice and helpful once we arrived.Cons:Long wait for the shuttle pick up and no way to call if you don't have a travel plan for your phone. We needed a Suburban size for 6 people and we got an Armada. We barely could fit all our luggage.Reviewed 2017 Aug 07

Great value, very poor airport shuttle/pickup logiPros:Price was good and so was vehicle. Staff in person were very friendly.Cons:Office was unresponsive when trying to figure out how to catch a shuttle from the airport to rental pickup. Was on the verge of renting from another company until Driving Force called back and mentioned to wait at pillar 6 for pickup. There is no airport presence nor do the airport staff have any way of directing you for rental pickup with Driving Force in Calgary except to walk to pillar 6, give them a call, and hope they answer. They say they are new to renting at Calgary Airport and it definitely showed.Reviewed 2016 Sep 25

Cheerful positive servicePros:From Randy the shuttle driver to ALL the office staff. Our experience was excellent! Easy to reserve, easy tO complete pick up & return paperwork, car met our needs. Office staff so cheerful, genuinely helpful, went extra mile to lookup address & give directions. Shuttle driver waiting outside when we returned car & took our luggage to his van while another employee took car to check and a third employee started our paperwork. So easy!Cons:Would have appreciated in the reservation confirmation email directions that indicate where to meet shuttle. That is go to exit 1,, pole 6, use direct dial free phone on pole 6 to call for pick up. I did not see that anywhere on my reservation confirmation email. As a result I had to use the pay phone with an American credit card to call for pick up as my cell phone has no international calling allowed.Reviewed 2016 Aug 29

Pros:They are not at the airport but will make any accommodation to help you. You just need to let them know ahead of time. Our flight landed after they had closed (they close at 5:00 during the week) and then with a delay in luggage, we were much later than expected. I didn't realize they weren't based out of the airport until I pulled up GPS to find them. Then realized they were closed. I was able to get a hold of someone at the leasing office and long story short, was able to get a hold of an employee who offered to stay and reimburse for the cab ride to get us there to pick up the car. They are accommodating if you know ahead of time what accommodations you need.Cons:They're not at the airport so it makes pick up and drop off more difficult. I'm not sure they advertise that fact and I think they should.Reviewed 2016 Jul 20

Not located within Calgary AirportPros:Good price on a Nissan Sentra. The car was clean and comfortable. The glove compartment contained an owner's manual for questions.Cons:Had trouble finding the meeting spot -- I assumed it would be with the other rental companies, which it was not. When I phoned the office for pick-up, no one answered (an agent later said they were too busy to bother with the phone). When the shuttle arrived, it was full so had to wait another 40 minutes for the next one. The desk had only two agents manning it so I had to wait 20 more minutes for attention. Like many companies, I inspected the car for initial damage. The agent missed major paint chips, which I had to point out. While the driving itself went well, I question whether it ever makes sense to choose a rental car company that you don't know.Reviewed 2017 Aug 28

Pros:Did not return the tank full so they charged 4 times the normal price of gas. Affer booking online and given a total price, when I returned the car they added $60.00 in additional taxes for 3 days rentalReviewed 2016 Jul 18

Excellent vehicle at a great pricePros:I rented a Yukon XL and it was a 2018 with 2K km's. It was loaded with everything including a DVD which was great for a long drive.Cons:They overbooked my reservation that I had for 6 weeks. They tried to slough off a Ford Transit instead, but after I refused they miraculously found my reservation at another location. I had to drive there to pick it up, but after that all was good.Reviewed 2018 Jan 09
